I think na mas maganda parin ung dating setwasyon ng LTO kasi kahit mag antay ka ng 2ours at lease hindi kana mag online.tyka kung ano lang ung babayaran un lang talaga.ngyon mukhang nagupgrade nga Ang system pero nagupgrade rin Ang payment sa pag renewal lang ng drivers license.

Medyo may pagbabago kasi bago ka mag proceed sa cashier you need to sign in Sa portal Ng lto.pero madali lang nman pag nakarigester kna.tutulungan ka nman nahirapan ka.thank you nga pala sa tumulong sakin sa computer sa lto.

Mabagal ang processing. You should have provide window for new applicants and seperate windows for renewal. Kahit maaga dumating 3 oras maghihintay sa bagal ng proseso. Inconvenient for us. Not comfortable.

Nag inquire ako thru phone, then i asked the name nung kausap ko.ayaw ibigay? Government office kayo di ba & you're supposed to be polite.bakit di pede malaman ang name, ano may tinatago lang?

The most corrupt and unreliable LTO branch. DON'T YOU EVER COME HERE for a renewal. It took them over a year to issue me a renewed ID.

Arrived 0930, "medical" done by 0950, picture and signature by 1040, paid at 1100, waiting for "encoding/prints" at time of this review 1225, Lipa and Mandaluyong took an hour each. #smh

Sana gawan naman ng paraan ang parking dyan sa LTO Makati. Napaka hassle pumunta para magparehistro ng sasakyan, mahihirapan ka pumarada. Pumunta ako July 2022, inabot ako ng halos 5 oras para ma-register ang sasakyan ko. Hindi tulad last year, wala pang isang oras tapos na. Dahil daw sa bagong sistema sa Portal, lalong bumagal. Very disappointed sa bagong sistema ng LTO Makati.

Karamihan sa mga staff doon puro masusungit at suplado lalo n ung mga matatanda.magdala k n lng ng konting pagpasensya sa sarili at magpakababa k n lng.dhl kung hnd mapipinon k lng tlga.worst.

I dont understand! Why we need to wait until September to get our STUDENT LICENSE ID? Why other LTO branch if that day you apply also that day you will get your Student license ID. Please let us know kung may other way para mapa bilis ang pagkuha ng student license id namen thanks!

Very hot & difficult to park but as a government agency they deliver on the promise of smooth transactions (no red tape & no "fixers" needed).

Almost 2 hours to renew MVR. Ok pa 'tong LTO office na 'to ha compared to other branches. We still deserve better service mga kababayan. Di naman tayo nagkukulang sa pqgbabayad.

Better than some other LTO office. Difficult to park. Kinda quick service you can get. Anyway I prefer this branch than any other branch. Found less hassle and kinda helpful guys around to assist. Anyway as usual don't expect to much just come with some extra time and understanding.

It took only around 40 minutes to renew my driver's license. The usual procedure of drug-testing was eliminated in the process which was then a waste of time and money.

But the annual registration of vehicle took longer because of the mandatory emission testing that is conducted off-site by a private contractor (about 4-5 blocks away). To compound the problem, parking space is not enough for the daily volume of vehicle registrants - both at the LTO compound on Pililia street and the emission testing service-provider near the corner of J. P. Rizal street and South Avenue.

Processed today my DL here since I renewed more than 1 month before expiration. Arrived 240pm. Finished 4.30pm. No aircon but clean and no sketchy stuff here. Those who arrived 4pm had a shorter processing time.

Took around 1.5 hrs for the entire process of MV registration renewal, which I think is not bad considering I was number 34 in the queue. I arrived at 8: 45AM and an officer immediately inspected my car on the driveway. Then I had to park in the street because inside was already full. You got to have complete requirements (TPL insurance, emission cert, copy of OR and CR, copy of ID, and LTO portal account) for smooth process. The only downside is the parking.

I had the car registration renewal last February 3. Upon arriving at the area, I was advised to have the car emission test and secure the TPL insurance also. The car emission testing area is a bit far from the LTO office but they really did a great job in checking the lights, wheels, brakes, bearing and carbon emission level. Once you pass this, you will proceed back to the LTO office, it takes me about 1.5 hour waiting in line to secure the renewal registration paper.
The staff are generally accommodating. The area needs more air-conditioning, it's a bit hot while waiting. More parking should be alloted considering the volume of the registrants daily. Toilets are clean. There is a drinking water provided in the area. Overall, it's still more convenient to have the car registration in this area.

Went here to renew my car registration couple of days ago. Upon arriving, LTO staff will ask and guide you through the process. Initially I thought they were fixers but they asked me what I need. I initially needed CTPL and one guy took my papers and went to the insurance office beside lto while another guy assisted me in parking. After parking he brought me to the insurance office where my paper is being processed already.

The staff manning the windows could be a little bit friendlier but all in all, registration did not take an hour.and my experience is good.

Went to renew my car registration late yesterday afternoon after coming from a smoke emission center nearby. The process took about half an hour. Maybe it was my timing.

After the initial review by the front desk near the main entrance, I was told to go to the windows A, B, C, D or E although only A, B and C were manned at that time. What I didn’t know was they now have an online kiosk.

An LTO officer in car park will approach you with forms that they fill up to bring inside the LTO office.

Make sure your car insurance, at least a TPL is ready together with other documents already photocopied to save time.

This office is small and cramped considering the number of vehicles in Makati City but it is clean and somewhat ventilated. Could be better. And more efficiently setup.

Almost all of its Personnel here are accommodating and receptive.
