Very helpful staff stationed on all their windows. I was able to renew to a 10-yr DL with no hassles. In and out, medical and exam included in less than 2 hours. Amazing. Best time to come is around mid week - after lunch. They are open till 5pm

Friendly employees here. But I have waited for more than 4 hours and still no renewal license yet. Last time I did a license renewal, it took 1 hour only. Shouldn’t it be faster after 4 years?

Fast transaction and no noontime break. It took me less than 3 hours from the time I got there to claim a newly printed license.

Tip: Register to the LTMS portal and accomplish the online validation exam. Print the OVE certificate before your visit to hasten your renewal application.

Unlike Staff at the SM Southmall who said oh foreign national? You must go to LTO Central office for renewal.
I never went there for renewal during my staying on the Philippines for 16years though.
Anyway, So I came back to my original LTO office in Alabang.
As I expected, Their service at all the window was awesome.
They are very kind and assist very well to me.

I had my license renewed in less than an hour. Their staff were courteous and accommodating.

DL renewal took a total of 3 hrs and a half.but the process was very straightforward and staff were nice.

Very efficient LTO branch.

To speed up the process, I took the Comprehensive Driver Education (CDE) online exam at home and brought a copy of the certificate. NOTE: Click on e-learning at the top of the LTO page. Select the online CDE exam link. Don't worry if you weren't able to do it at home. They have a PC for this purpose.

You also have the option to use the previous photo and signature IF they already have this on file.

Slow. It's just a license renewal. It's difficult to understand why it took 2 hours just to renew your license.

Nag renew ako ng license ko and 1hr lang tapos na.mabilis, maasikaso at mababait ang mga empleyado.kahit pa may problem ang pagregister ko sa LTO Portal nagawan nila ng action agad. Maraming Salamat po!

Got my drivers license in one hour 30mins ; mababait yun tao, Walang magulo sa pila.went on a Monday morning 8: 30am.

Came for renewal. Present your old license & vaccine card upon entry, fill out the form and proceed to window 1. Make sure to show yung exam results mo na passed ka. If Wala kang exam results (From the lto portal), May computer sa Gilid, isa Lang so pila kayo dun. Dun ka matatagalan Kasi May pila And May 25item exam, If May mobile internet ka you can do it also on the net. I’ll post the steps here.

600 pesos for medical and then proceed sa actual assessment after mo mag Bayad. One at a time yung assessment so pila ka din.

Then back to window 1. Submit the payment receipt Ng medical and results ng assessment. Then wait for your name to be called ulit

Pay sa cashier, mine was 610 with a new jacket Kasi My jacket was circa 2000 wait again for your name to be called sa picture. And then that’s it, make sure to check your name etc.

Failed to release my card back in 2017
Asked me to wait 4 hrs just to claim my card
Finally got my card after 4 yrs but they fvcked up my name and now I have to go through the hassle of fixing it.

I renewed my driver's license within an hour. This place is very efficient.

Note: It's best to visit this place early instead of 11: 00AM -2: 00 PM to avoid the long line of people who will renew their Driver's License.

Arrived at 9 am and was done at 930, no appointment even! Very helpful staff for LTO and even Medical clinic. Straightforward and efficient

Don't t come at 12-130pm, they are closed at lunch break and medical will start at 1: 30.the schedule says 1pm but the doctor arrives late and is particularly chatty to female applicants.they do not practice this: "Republic Act No. 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act provides that frontline service offices should ensure that clients who arrive at their premises within official working hours, including noon break, should be attended to and served"

What a government office should be. Convenient, efficient and friendly staff. Finished mine under 30 mins. Thank you LTO Alabang!

Very fast processing of drivers license renewal. I went to the LTO office at around 3pm and there were no lines. Very convenient because location is at the mall and place is comfortable. FAQs should be answered by the numerous posts around the office. There is an accredited medical clinic inside so no need to go to a different place.

Dear LTO NCR Regional Office, with regards to your LTO Alabang Town Center DLRO, I'm so disappointed and frustrated with your services. I've been here 3 to 4 times already, yet I am still unable to get my driver's license ID card. I renewed my license march 2017, they told me to come back on or after Oct 2017 for my ID which I did but then they told me its cut off already and that I had to come back another time. I came back one Sunday, but found out that they are no longer open on Sundays. Today, I arrived around 8 am, and found out that they are closed due to scheduled maintenance of dermalog equipment. My wife just renewed her license 2 days ago and asked if they are open this Saturday, August 4, and the lady claimed that they are open as early as 8 am. I've been absent from work several times already and have to go all the way here in Alabang from Makati just to get my driver's license ID. Can I get my ID at any one of the temporary offsite printing offices? Hoping to hear from you soon.

Got my card license today. Office opened at 7: 35 and the staff started receiving applications immediately even before the 8 AM official office hours. They work really hard to process the card license backlog- sign says open on Saturdays and Sundays too to print the card license (I renewed my license in 2017). This is one government agency that deserves applause. Keep up the good work!
