Staff were very respectfull and helpful
Efficient on what they are doing as well. They should replace the employees in Pasay main
Staffs can't get rid the frown off of their faces, like they carry all their personal problems to their work place, that sucks.
Pwede rin po ba mag apply dyan ng Student permit or renewal lang? Thanks po sa sasagot.
We can understand the air-conditioning to be broken on the unfornate day we went there but to take 5hrs to apply for a student license and to refer you to another office for a renewal without bothering to find out why the error is terrible service.
The center has managed to work efficiently in spite of the limitations in space. The staff are courteous, hardworking. I don't mind that the air-conditioning is not working, an electric fan provides air circulation. Happy not to be approached by any fixer. Kudos to the team at LTO Metro point.
From my start time to issuance of ID, the process took around 1 1/2 hrs. That was 10: 30am to around 12: 40pm. No lunch break.
I hope the budgetary authorities allow funds to provide mobile aircon, and a mini loudspeaker for people to hear names called out.
