This is the best licence renewal experience that I have had thus far. It took only 35mins including the medical exam. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Nice staff, fast service, and clean office. In 25 minutes, I was able to renew my driver's license. No physical card yet though.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. They will assist you on the steps needed to be followed. The downside was their printer. I needed to wait for another 20mins or more because of the "internal error. " But overall, my renewal of driver's license was pretty smooth.

Its a breeze having my drivers license renewed on this office. The LTO staff's are very accomodating and friendly, walang masungit, keep up the good work! And that's why im giving them a 5 star rating.

Not crowded branch. If you dont like to fall inline, this branch is the best place for you. Very accommodating personnel.

When you go to any DLRO within metro manila, you need to present CDE specially if you are going to renew your drivers license.

Please bring your own ball pen, face shield and face mask is a must too.

Note: prepare your drivers license including receipt if you have any.

Register to LTMS online portal

1. CDE you can visit LTMS portal and take the exam online, you need to finish the 5hrs video review to be able to answer the CDE exam, but don't worry, if you failed the exam you can just take another one until you pass.

2. Medical, there's a medical clinic beside LTO DLRO fishermall. Its a one stop application and renewal process.

3. Upon completing the requirements the staff will attach it all for you and give it to verification. (if you don't have any violation you are qualify to avail the 10 year validity of DL.)

4. Payment well i just paid 585 pesos for renewing my Drivers license.

5. You will be instructed to verify your finger print in the scanner and take a photo including signature.

6. Your Drivers license will be printed within seconds after the biometrics.

7. Enjoy your 10 year valid drivers license.

P. S. You need to go back every 5 years for medical, your schedule will be included in the receipt.

Over all it only took me 20 minutes to process all of these. Of course i already took the CDE when i go there.
