Awesome office, they have medical as well. With CDE test already passed, they updated medical into LTO and license issued immediately.

The Group there is very accommodating and well organized.

Took me about 30 minutes to renew my license even if the system was slowed down due to the rainy weather.

You just need to submit your online examination results.

Paid medical of 600 php and 150 overdue penalty.
Need to comeback for the actual card on September due to no availability of cards yet.
But Overall experience is excellent

Applied for a student permit here. Took me 15mins. Paid 250 for the permit and 600 for the medical. Doctor is on break from 12nn to 1pm. Requirements presented: TDC cert and original and photocopies of valid ID, marriage cert, and birth cert.

It's a hidden gem had my license renewal here 10 mins lang and I'm done basta you have your complete requirements.

The entire process was so fast - in and out in less than 20 minutes, and that was with medical exam.

If you want it to be that fast, would recommend already making an account in the LTMS portal and taking the exam already (no need to print out, but I did just in case). I also revised some records so just bring the necessary supporting document (ex.proof of billing/brgy certificate for change in address, marriage cert for change in civil status/name etc) and they’ll help you with the process na.

Kudos also to the medical staff, very professional and efficient.

Sa lahat ng napuntahan kong branch ng LTO eto talaga pinaka solid. Wala pang 15mins nakuha ko na License ko. Kudos sa mga staff mababait sila

Ended up here because LTO at the Link is offline. Got here 8: 45am and they started accommodating clients around 8: 50. By 9: 05 I'm done, though I did my medical somewhere else and had CDE already. Retook my picture but update of signature is optional. Paid P585 by cash.

For address update, you'll need to bring proof of residence.

The way I understood it, renewal centers don't have online appointment feature so you won't really be able to book an appointment via the portal.

License quality, I think my old license is printed with higher quality materials, the new one looks pixelated to me, the signature is clearer in my old license.

Went there 8: 45 am, business started at 9 am — was done by 9: 30 am. Very convenient especially if ayaw mo ng ma-tao na lugar.

Plus point: good looking yung nasa cashier, si Ms Francesca ata yun kaya willing to wait in line haha

Super bilis ng renewal processing! Dumating ako ng around 4: 30pm. Mas maganda pala kung pumunta dun na nakagawa na ng account sa LTMS website, and nakapag exam na online. Pero may computer naman sila dun para sa mga di pa nakapag exam. Pero syempre nakakakaba kasi may nakabantay habang nageexam hahahah. Swerte ko, na solo ko yung place. Walang pila. After exam, medical na agad dun lang rin sa loob (600php bayad). Then proceed na sa cashier para sa ID. Bayad ulit 585php for the ID. Then picture saglit tapos ayun makukuha na ID. All done before 5: 00pm!

Staff was super friendly and helped me renew in around 15 minutes! I did my renewal exam online. You just show up, present your old license and med cert, then they ask you to log in to your account to check the status of your application and whatnot. I took my med exam elsewhere pa coz I didn't know there was a clinic there then you pay cash and take your biometrics. It's in paseo center so you can also easily grab some grub after your short visit hehe

Such a fast and pleasant experience with Kat and Jerome and the medical team. I arrived just past 4pm and was done with my DL renewal (foreigner) in 20mins. Kudos to such a professional set up.

Was here a day before my license expired. First in line when it opened, done in less than 15 mins. Things you'd need ready:

1. LTMS account details (Username/account number)
2. Printed LTMS exam result.
3. Cash for the medical exam (600) and renewal fee (500+)

Log in to LTMS portal via online, take the LTO exam, print the results. Went to LTO paseo, took medical exams (P600) eye test and physical (questions only). Verified my details, paid P585 for renewal, did my fingerprints, printed the license.happy i got the 10yrs validity! Great job LTO paseo! Keep it up.got mine in approx 20mins too! Cheers!

Super quick done in 20 mins, went at around 4. Since this is near offices, it may be crowded at lunch time. Had to take the test first online and pass it (registered in LTO website for tjhis) Upon arriving, first step was gave my license at the first window, paid for medical (600). Medical verified my personal data records.took weight, height and eye test. They checked my online exam. Paid 585 for renewal of license. Got my fingerprints, took a new picture. Waited 5 mins for printing - DONE! Just sad they took my old license, was hoping to keep it. All in all quick and pleasant, good job LTO Paseo
