Walang "palakasan" culture, every step of the process were explained to me on a courteous manner. As early as 730am nag start na silang i-check purpose of your transactions, your documents or needed requirements, nagbigay na agad ng #, pagpatak ng 8am may maayos ng pila. Bilis ng renewal ko, less than 20mins. Bait pa ng mga tao. Yung sa picture taking nga lang nakakatakot yung boses parang laging galit pero pag titignan naman si sir normal lang naman iba lang talaga siguro epekto ng mic and speaker sa boses niya.

Poor quality Service, difinitely needs improvement. The office needs to be renovated unlike the other offices.

Renewing the license take 1 1/2 hrs to complete, that is, with an online apointment

Personnel are not that friendly with their clients.

Aircondition were not working.

Such an unpleasant place to do business.

As early as10: 30 am on 01/21/2022 LTO started to decline and stop accepting renewal of vehicle registration request to the public they serve. Apparently they have new system and it's pandemic.

Processing your paper will take 6-8 hours.

Please review your process and try to adapt to any situation to prioritize the public.

Is it possible that this is what LTO wanted? Probably, so that they can rip-off those people who is willing to pay extra for convinience.

Not recommended, smoke emission part is so slow, napakadami nilang smoke emission sa loob pero napakabagal pa din, mabagal ang kilos ng mga tao.

So far when it comes to transactions, I'm all good with LTO Muntinlupa. Its just that they have a small compound/space to accommodate a lot of people and cars. Parking is a bit challenging.:)

Simplied renewal. Registration with TPL Insurance, Emission, New OR Payment.

However, parking is crowded during rush hours, and renewal of license takes a long time within a day.

Regarding foods, SM Tunasan, km 31 Diner, and McDonald is walking distance away.

I dialed their hotline for directions. I was surprised they picked up right away. I spoke to Chari and she was succinct and very accommodating.

Grabe! Five Stars! Renewal ng rehistro ng motor ko wala pang isang oras. Hindi masungit ang mga empleyado. Kung may mali sa motor (or kotse) mo ay hindi ka nila i-haharas; bagkos, wawarningan ka nila na ibalik mo sa dati (dahil bawal ang illegal modification). Ipapaliwanag nila ng maayos kung ano ang pwede sa hindi puwede. Tanong tanong ka lang ng information. 'yan ang tama, 'yan ang Muntinlupa!

LTO Binangonan Rizal sana ako mag-pa-renew, eh kaso parang hindi sila marunong gumamit ng computer kaya makupad sila kumilos.

There's a row of excellent eateries within the compound. Not classy restaurants, mind you, just roadside style eateries with sketchy looks, but excellent home cooking. I think that they were allowed here for the convenience of the staff and the high volume of visitors, but are also patronized by workers from other offices in the area. I don't own a vehicle so I can't review the office itself, but you don't need me to do that, as the numerous other reviews here will give you a good idea about it.

Congrats for a very efficient service. Have my car registered today April 24,2019. Arrived at 1: 30pm and finished by 2pm. Kudos to all the staff and may your tribe increase.

Renewal to 5 year license done in an hour. Including the 20min to get the card.
Arrive before the 8am opening or late in the afternoon to avoid the crowds. Medical examiner on-site.prepare 450 for medical evaluation and 653php for renewal fee.
Vehicle registration renewal should only take an hour as well.

Done in less than 45mins for my car registration renewal today, March 8, Friday. Very courteous people, very organized. I went in at 8: 37am and got done by 9: 15am. The "kuyas" were very helpful. Not what I was expecting since I had bad experiences with government offices before, esp LTO so this one is something new for me. High Five!

The place isn't clean and top quality, but the main office is airconditioned. I came on a Tuesday afternoon at 4pm to renew my license, everything was done and I had my new license at 4: 28pm.they work fast.

Registered my mitsubishi montero in just 45minutes including imission and tpl without fixer. Good job and maintain your speedy action LTO MUNTINLUPA.

Helpful to older clients, not as bad as everyone said, no fixers allowed, took about an hour to register the car or the scooter
