Lung Center of the Philippines reviews
Patients at Doctor's Clinic would flock and wait long hours because doctors are late on their clinic schedule.
I bought earlier at1030 am. I bought our breakfast and lunch. That cost 417. I have 1k but the change she gave me is 83 only I forgot that my money is 1k. Shoutout to the fat lady with long hair. Pls do your job properly. 500 pesos is not a small thing. I'm from Cavite and just realized just now. After I computed everything.
Very neat and.clean.
All doctors and staff are kind and polite
More than 5 stars when it comes in treating patients
The admition process for patients to ER is really long and arduous. We went there around 4pm and was sent to our room past twelve already. The admitting Dr small lady was not nice at all. And private duty nurse (PDN) is forced even if you have another companion who knows caregiving. They charge an extra 6K for PDN. The PDN they gave us was not even efficient and doesn't know how to give proper care to our patient. So we requested another one who knows how to give proper care. So, while waiting for another PDN, masungit mga nurse aide nila except the nice Santiago guy, when we ask assistance for diaper change. And some staff here are not trained to be courteous enough to greet the people in the room, they come and go.
Replying to Chris Wake's review, my mom also got admitted here and after 2 weeks she died. The doctor knows that her condition was already severe but instead she was sent home - they gave us a false hope that she will get better at home even though we were not convinced, the following day after she got discharged, she died. This happened years ago but I can't forget the sleepless nights and the bills we had accumulated, only to know that they are truly in business and not in business of treating patients with respiratory ailments, calling themselves Lung Center of the Philippines. If you can't pay, they will not treat you properly.
As my experience all facility is ok.
All employees is have a god manner and verry helpful
Thank you lung center
Attention all Senators & Congressman please help our all govt hospital to provide additional funds to use for renovation or built additional hospital like lung center & give a good salary to all health worker like Doctor, Nurse & other health worker benefits. God bless you all
Nurses and nurse aides at ward 2A were the BEST! They were all so polite, accommodating, kind, and empathic. They know handle patients with compassion and understanding. Also, the food was great so kudos to the Nutrition department for giving my mom a diverse set of meals (with plating pa). Doctors were also the best at what they do and explains everything in layman’s terms so we the bantays can understand everything.
Limited parking.main building is quite old and like a maze.easy to get lost because of the unconventional structure
Kagaya halimbawa mga instructions what to do after a week, or 2 weeks kelangan mo pa bumalik sa kanila for instruction na dapat sinabi na in the first place. Thank you.
Had bad experience with the lady guard who on duty at the entrance of the Pulmonogy Dept. This is our first time going here and I was advised that the registration is for 7-10 am only. My patient, which is my mother is coming from Laguna the same day and it is Friday a lot of traffic. Even if it is already 10: 30 I still tried my luck to go in LCP. That is when I experience the bad attitude of this guard. I asked her NICELY if this is the Pulmonology department, she said "Dito kaso cut off na. Hindi na kami tatanggap ng pasyente! " and her tone at that time? Not a single courteousness. Parang ayaw mapag tanungan. But then I still answered, " Ay ganun po, hindi po kaya pwede mapag bigyan 30 minutes lang po late ko kasi po yung pasyente galing pa. " Before I even finish what I am trying to explain, sumabat na sya, she said "Ay hindi na, yang mga pasyente na yan? ! Mamaya pa tapos nyan! Saka dumating si Doc Willie Ong kanina kaya busy lahat! " yes madami exclamation point kasi mataas boses nung lady guard. I was not given a chance to say that my mom has a dry cough for two weeks, can not sleep enough because of having diffculty breathing when laying and coughing and losing weight. Me knowing that it is until 10 am only just tried my luck for my mom to get checked but even if you ask nicely with a lot of "po" and "opo" still got a very bad experience. I hope the security department can practice COMPASSION as a lot of people go to LCP to save their own life or the life of their loved one. Just a dissapointing and frustrating experience I had.
The worst service I've ever experienced with a government hospital. The staff lack empathy to ailing patients, talking to them in a condescending manner. Instructions are given in sparse, showing lack of organizational skills. Patients who have been waiting to undergo procedure tend to wait more, asking them to go back after completing yet another instruction.
The patient I'm with- a 71 year old, who was instructed to fast for 10 hours (last meal was dinner the day before) has not eaten anything yet considering it's already 3: 19pm - no breakfast and lunch at all. Now, we were instructed to drink something and wait another hour for the chemical to take effect and be seen in the CT scan considering that we've been waiting for more than 2 hours. Then, they ask us to purchase something for the patient to take before the actual procedure. I mean, why didn't they tell us beforehand?
I would've given a 0 score but the review doesn't allow that. Really terrible.
If someone from this department is reading this, I'd like for you to take note of the photos of the staff inside the MRI & CT scan that need some sort of counseling or a refresher on customer service and empathy.
Doctors are accommodating if you're in private. If you're in charity, it's okay. You'll feel they're just doing their job. But their scheduler/concierge is the worst ever in all establishments I could think of. I am tempted to complaint in their HR but office.
They make up yesterday. Thank you Lungs center yesterday you save our life and actually after my bad experience before i was amazed when the following appointment there not only 3 times i think so many times now.it is really appreciated for the wonderful service that we received for my wife who got covid last time and yesterday also to my nephew.thank you Lungs Center Keep it Up.
Thank you for taking 100% care of my mother. She was in critical state when brought here but now in perfect condition. Words are not enough to say thank you for the guards, nurses, staff and doctors esp Doc T. Thank you doc.
And oh.the hospital grounds are so big and so full of trees. Its also quiet in here. I'd say it helped to clear my mind while I was down in the dumps
Saludo ko sa Lung Center! From the Nurses, Doctors, Staff, Utilities, Cashier.lhat sila approachable.napakamaasikaso nila it doesn't matter kung may pera ka man o wala.

They have the best doctors but in my experience on having a relative confined to different hospitals, they have one of the the worst nurses and nurse aides. I can only name a handful who are hardworking (roseanne and javier), the rest are too lazy.
I am LSI (locally stranded individual) and no work for now at kailangan Ng umuwi.nakaka lungkot Lang Kasi Kung kelan wala work hind nila pa e allow ang philhealth ko para makaless man Lang sa swab rc-prc test.parang walang silbi membership and contribution q SA philhealth hind q nman magamit ang benefit.
