Makati Supermart Alabang

It's your run-of-the-mill supermarket that has all of your needs. I just reduced it to 4 stars since it seems like they don't have the special promos and sales that other supermarts usually have on their shelves.

Good customer service; fair price and good quality items. The traffic cue into the supermarket driveway/parking lot is long and slow-moving. Update: Improved traffic flow. And the help they extend to bring your groceries to your car or pickup point had something to do with it. A bit heavy on weekends so plan your shopping times.

Has a small delivery area in RDU. If big companies are being received, all others will have to wait hours. They either should revisit their process to speed up the receiving of items or open up areas to accommodate more deliveries

While this supermarket is conveniently located near its own parking area, the limited parking spaces and the degree of difficulty in navigating the parking lot sometimes can be a deterrent for the usual patrons.

Other than that, Makati Supermart offers a wide range of grocery items that are sometimes not available elsewhere.

Club house is 8.5 out of 10.

Some products weren't available but the grocery store has always been great. I suggest to have more non dairy beverage options

Our go to grocery place every sunday! There’s been a lot more shoppers here lately so the traffic is a little bit hassle but overall this is a great grocery since its complete (for us) with everything we need and the price is just right! Kuya guards here are the best and go to place to eat is the coffee shop + luk yuen!

If you shop here with someone and you part ways to get stuff from different aisles, you'll be having a hard time reaching out to your companion via phone call. There is poor signal within the supermarket.

Supermarket is complete with all the things i needed. 4stars due to the parking space is limited.

The pork chop was not freshly cooked, I think it was reheated same with the golden fried chicken. Very disappointed with the food

Supermarket is clean and good variety of items. HOWEVER, you have to wait sooooo long just to check out due to understaffing and poor management of staff scheduling. They have around 20 check out counters but as you might be able to see in the photo, only 5 or 6 counters are open and there are looooong queues of people waiting for their turn. Terrible terrible experience. Whoever is in charge of this branch is doing a lousy job.

It’s the worst! Lines are long and cashier takes their time to scan items and move ever so slowly! Very inconvenient to their patron shopping and are in a rush! Also they can’t seem to void transaction and will ask customer service desk to void a transaction and it takes a whole for someone to do so! Come on people it’s 2022 and people are still the same. No sense of improvement. I suggest people to re train and to be more effluence. And also train them to do the voiding themselves! It’s so simple I used to work customer service. It’s not rocket science

Just when you thought you can only buy expensive here, this is the best place to shop i think because of the item selections you can find here is very wide range.
Fruits, Dairy, Meat, Fish and Poultry
Only here you can buy good deal of fruit and meat options from cheap to very expensive, very good stock of fresh produce.
Imported and Local
All items they have here be it local and imported, most likely you'll find.
Parking
Free parking when you buy from groceries. Just need to wait for a slot during busy hours as many shoppers really go here.

Love this place. It has almost everything and the prices are stickered onto the products. Prices are cheaper than most supermarkets in the area. Just outside the counters, you have a drugstore, French bakery, and a bank. A few steps away, you'll have access to very nice restos.

Parking might be a problem. If you go during peak hours and don't have a driver, you may have to park at one of the farther parking areas within ATC.

Pandemic time:
Area still good, safe, choices still have a lot.
Like the old days no commotion and majority of the customers are well mannered. The problem this time, Makati Sup.still cannot find the solution how to make the cashier lanes faster. We are almost 2 years with this pandemic and MakatiSup still lagging. The cashier still need to run to their customer service area just to swipe and process payment (old ways of MakatiSup). No bagger assistant for cashier who mostly need to box and sort meat, veges and hard goods.

The food is exactly how I picture it: vintage and well-made. Makati Supermart Alabang is that one mall that I should have visited a long time ago.

Grocery is clean, complete, staff are great and helpful. Only giving 3 stars because THE PLACE IS VERRY WARM! The staff and customers are sweating inside the grocery that's why most of the staff and customers aren't wearing their shield PROPERLY. I do hope the management would consider making this place cooler. The staff are very hard working and they deserve a better working environment.
