Its been 1yr now since I had my HR and I must say, it worked out great! I had 3700 grafts for an unbeatable price. Doc Manzanares has one of the best prices and services in NCR. The team is super kind an approachable. My operation including preps took about 16h, but I slept through most of it. This is totally worth it though! You'll be happy with your hair many years after. This is truly life changing.
I took the right decision, I am just regretting that I didn't go 10 years earlier to have my HR.

I had my eyelash transplant done back in 2009. The growth within the first six months made my lashes looked fuller and within a year my lashes doubled. Dr. Manzanares explained that the length of my lashes will continue to get longer and will require maintenance (trimming) and in time could possibly slow done. It has been well over 10 yrs and I am still trimming my lashes every 3-4 days to keep them looking wispy (if not they can get verrryyy long). Since my first procedure I have had a second eyelash transplant (to fill in the lashes that didn’t grow which the Doctor did explain) and I also had my eyebrows done as well. Both lashes and eyebrows are full and looks very natural. Till now the growth for both has not slowed down so my results are permanent. My lashes and eyebrows are 100% my own hair and each strand was implanted individually by Dr. Manzanares. Best decision I ever made and it makes looking natural a whole lot easier. Great staff great Doctor!

Excellent clinic so far with service at the highest tier. I had done an FUE surgery in April 2021 and I am satisfied so far.he lowered my hairline so it looks more juvenile where it was when I was a teenager. Not to mention my temporal region/peaks have also been defined as well so it stays uniform as I age in my later years.what is unique about this clinic is that they harvest donor hairs from around your head, not just your back of your head like most clinics (especially DHI), which gives the impression that no surgery has been performed unlike an FUT implant where this is a noticeable scar.
Do not be fooled with Mazanares clinic's lower price compared to other transplant centers, Dr. Frank is a very experienced and also his team as well.other clinics quoted me as much as twice the price, but I eventually decided to have my hair done here because once you talk to Dr. Frank in person, you will feel at ease with his jolly personality and realize you will be in good hands from a highly competent surgeon.

The surgery went from 8am to almost 11pm if i remember correctly, Dr. Frank's team did most of the harvesting but are very skilled. They harvested around 3,300 grafts which took most of the day.the pain was tolerable but most of the time i found myself sleeping with an occasion meal break or bathroom break. As for surgeries go, It has been one of the easiest but longest and also after two weeks after the surgery, the swelling and scars disappeared and as though I never even had a hair transplant.

The pictures I have provided are a couple days after surgery, I should also include that I had SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) done before the surgery which will help give the the illusion of more dense hair. I recommend people who do an FUE implant also do SMP at ProScalp, which I also recommend if you want the full works and added definition to your end results. I will provide more pictures when my newly hair grows out in time and update this review.

My friend went here for hair restoration last year. Right now, my friend isn't happy since it is poorly done. The transplanted hair are sparse and there are still bald patches. Dr. Manzanares is asking for another payment when my friend requested for a retreatment.

I had my hair transplant 3 years ago at Manzanares hair restoration and i will be forever thankful to the magical hands and talented nurses of dr. Frank Manzanares. The technique i had is FUT and the result was fantastic! I gained more confidence with myself after that procedure, They are always helpful and friendly. I had 2500 grafts planted by fue procedure but after 1yr the result was not good.dr frank was not active in planting the grafts but it was his technician/nurses do the planting and would you imagine some of them are not using any magnifying lenses while planting the grafts. I really wish that I look for another doctor. I just waste huge amount of money from his clinic.the left side of the photo was after the procedure and the right side was after 1yr and 3 mos.very disappointing and by the way look at at photos of one of the reviewer Ms Efudah Rhoyalblood on her IG the result of her hair transplant was not that good also lowering on her hairline. Overall dr frank hair transplant is not consistent to give good result there even no PRP treatment

I had my surgery done by Doc Frank Manzanares with his assistants last March, 2018. He was referred by a close friend and I’m so glad that I accepted his recommendation. It was a 16-hour procedure which was done by Doc Frank’s team entirely. He was really hands-on and even before I left to go back to Dubai, he assisted me despite the holiday conflict schedule.
