Marikina Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. reviews
19Nurses are very accommodating as well as the doctors. The thing that disappoint me about this hospital is the restrictions over visitor and ipis is everywhere. Napakahigpit sa visitors pero ung ospital nila nagkakalat mga ipis na maliit. I've been getting the attention of the nurses and they report it naman with the engineering department pero di daw sila naniniwalang may ipis ang hirap naman gumagawa ng issue sa isip. Was about to reheat the food that was in the side table kaso nakita ko na naman ginapangan ng ipis pang second na to
Nagcall ako to know if may Doctor na available, Ang RUDE ng CS niyo or INFO
inquiry palang hindi na maganda service what more pa kaya kung nag pa ospital ka na. Not recommended
I had a great experience during my outpatient chemotherapy in February and March of this year because the Onco Nurse Jay done the treatment very well and with care. He is also very friendly and full of knowledge about my condition. He shared ideas on how to take care of myself having the condition of NPCA stage 3. Thumbs up to Nurse Jay who is very caring to patients
My mom was diagnosed with multiple myeloma last December 2022 and we were referred by her hema/onco doctor to the Infusion Therapy Center of this hospital. Since January 2023, we have been coming back for her monthly zoledronic acid IV infusion and chemotherapy session. Earlier today, was my mom's last zoledronic IV infusion and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful service we received from her onco nurse. Shout out to Sir Jay for doing an amazing job in making my mom comfortable and at ease with every session we had. Thank you again!
So far so good, maybe because there is no high influx of patients yet, but by far, this is my go-to for emergencies, friendly staff and accomodating.
I have my check up here and a month ago i thought that it was a small hospital but when i got there it has spacious hall a clean comfort room and also if you want to have a 24 hrs xray, mammogram, they have complete laboratory test for your annual exam and of course the kuya guard na naka duty sa entrance have always a ready smile when he open the door for you and the accommodating staff in the doctors/nurse dept
The PCR swab test gives false result in contrast with other swab test. They will give you positive. Also the medical officers is not competent enough to answer my questions and queries about the COVID detection methodology.
I had a great experience while using their Infusion Therapy Center for my chemotherapy sessions. I was assisted by the oncology nurse Sir Noriel who also goes by Sir Jay. Overall experience was great and I was advised a lot about my condition as I only recently found that I had cancer.
There were a few gripes with the hospital rooms but was resolved in an adequate manner.
Thanks again to Doctor Sebastian, Sir Jay, the Nurse and staff!
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Onco nurse Sir Jay (Noriel) at Infusion Therapy Center for being patient and kind. Sir Jay is a bubbly person also which helps to motivate and uplift all the patients even if we are in the middle of pain and suffering from chemo drugs. Thank you Sir Jay for being so good to us. I've completed my more than a year of medication with hopes to my full recovery.
Thank you also to Doc Salimo - a very calm doctor with a good heart. Great doctor as well.
The hospital is clean. All staffs are kind and friendly.
I would like to share my commendation to Nurse Jay at Infusion Center and HMO coordinator Mr. Rey Asuncion.
Very professional and nice service.
I had my Theraputic Phlebotomy this morning.
High Five to Nurse Jay and HMO coordinator Rey.
Great and Nice service.
Clean and Sanitize facilities. All staff are nice and accomodating especially in the Infusion Theraphy Center. 2 Thumbs up
I give the Marikina Doctors Hospital a 5-star rating because the doctor is nice and the nurse Jay, an infusion therapist was very helpful and reliable. Very friendly. He was very attentive.
I would like to give beyond 5 star rating to the infusion therapy center located at 3rd floor. My mother was diagnosed with acute leukemia in February 2021. The service and care we got from the infusion therapy was great. To mention nurse Jay was hands on when it comes to his patients. My mother was treated with outmost care. I would like to commend him for his patience, dedication and exceptional service. To the hospital and the infusion therapy center.me and my family would like to thank you big time!
Had a wonderful experience from my doctors and nurses especially Nurse Noriel (Jay) an oncology nurse who spent time with me during my hospitalisation. He was Jovial, friendly, Cracked jokes to liven my mood.
Nurse Jay, you’re the best.
Thanks for making me feel reassured that everything will be alright.
Thanks for the hospitality.
To the Rude Man (HMO officer) of Billing Dept

Very rude customer service (secretary) or (information).
Yung service nung na-confine ako, medyo okay nman. Pero their outpatient service was so baaad! Napaka sungit ng secretary akala mo kung sinong may ari ng hospital. Hindi siya maayos kausapin, and hindi yata siya masaya sa ginagawa niya.
I tried to get my checkup once, the doctor I talked to was very professional and caring to her patients very well. I got admitted as she instructed. I happen to be in this hospital around 5pm. In the admitting office there was this woman who seems to be an old lady she appears to be strict and when you talked to her to asked some questions she wont even bother looking at you but she will answer you in a high pitch. The time when i got admitted. A nurse guided me to Emergency Room, to fill out some forms, the doctor and nurses asked me some questions which i answered. It took me 3hrs and 1/2 be admitted in my room. The private room is not available. The only available was the semi private room (consist of 2 patients) and a deluxe room) i got the deluxe room (see pictures attached). There was a young lady (probably in mid 20s) who inserted my injection, she was looking to the injections she brought (small, mid and large injections. The nurses i interact to was very nice especially the old lady nurse i talked to. The meal was good too. The only thing thats very disppointing is their room. It doesnt appear to be a deluxe. The room service and the guards were all nice. Even when i got discharge the nurses on duties in the nurse station was all kind.
