Thanks be to God, Marikina Valley Hospital has been our go-to for all our medical needs. With His guidance, my two boys were successfully born here, and for that, we are truly grateful. The caring and respectful treatment we received from the dedicated doctors and staff, coupled with the hospital's comprehensive equipment, make it a place we trust and appreciate.

Very expensive healthcare! I spent more than Php20k for dog bite shots and only 2 out of 4 rabies vaccine. They even let you pay for parking. Unfortunately, i cannot speak as to the quality of their service, but for sure it was still overpriced!

This hospital currently has many flaws. I believed we were the only ones who observed, but on October 3,2023, a child died as a result of the neglect of one of their nurses. Most of the hospital employees here are sluggish and feel entitled to themselves, thus perhaps this is how the management has disregarded its staff. Where did you discover this kind of private hospital that admits inexperienced healthcare staff? I strongly advise against admitting to this facility!

ER is so mabagal. Parang public hospital. Di man lang emergency ang emergency nila. Waited 4 hrs. Ewan ko kung understaffed ba sila or what. Accommodating naman yung staff kaya may 1 star pa pero napakabagal ng services. Masikip din sa sobrang daming tao na naipon dahil nga mabagal. Bawal din magpicture kaya ganito lang meron ako. Not worth it sa cost nila. I suggest you find other better hospitals.

The Marikina Valley Medical Center (MVMC) has excellent and talented doctors. They ensure that patients understand their illness, symptoms, and treatment. The MVMC doctors welcome questions from patients. The patients trust them because of their care and empathy. The doctors make their patients smile and feel happy always.

Wala bang negative star? VERY DISSAPOINTED, not recommended. Peperahan lang kayo ng hospital na to, wala rin kwenta mga doctor paghihintayin pa kayo ng matagal bago ma attendan SOBRANG UNPROFESSIONAL mali mali pa mag reseta. Basta walang kwentang hospital

Amenities and services have greatly improved here since I was last admitted back in 2011. Medical staff are very courteous and helpful. The facilities are more aesthetic and clean. Happy to have a hospital like this in our area.

As you already have read on other reviews, not a good place to go to if you are planning to be confined to this hospital. Find another hospital, for you families health and well being. They will stress you badly, I guarantee you. From the emergency room, admission, billing department (one of the worse ever, even if you are a paying customer). The doctors and nurses have a lot of negative things to say with the administration and its management, bad communication among other departments, and if you complain, no one is reprimanded or they will just say sorry. They have good staff on other departments, but the rest needs total rehabilitation. Staffed by incompetent and not well coordinated group. Stay away from this hospital, glad we got out of there before we got sick as well. Also more expensive than their other sister company hospitals. About 3x more on the mark up on medicine on their inhouse Pharmacy compared to the leading drugstore, and 30 to 40% more on laboratory fees compated to another Metro Pacific hospital with the same room category.

You will have abetter service from other hospital. Don't bother going to patient services as well.

Very slow emergency room facilitation.no staff members in triage.in my 2 hrs in ER. 4 other patients aside from me complianed about no triage personnel.xray results readout took abou 2 hrs but nurse confirmed initial readings already there 45 mims after xray.no queue or proper information provided all ER patients just waiting.

Confined here twice already. Them knowing that I have a health-card, their goal is to max-out the capacity of my card. I had a small wound that was infected, they recommend an in-patient minor surgery. Ridiculous. Mukhang pera mga doctor dito.

Rude and inconsiderate nurses. As in. Ilang beses muntik maubusan ng dextrose ang pasyente dahil di nila chinecheck regularly. Doctors are only visiting, mahirap sila hagilapin. Okay lang sana magbayad ng malaki pero kung ganun lang ang care na makukuha namin it’s not worth it. You won’t feel safe na paalagaan pasyente niyo, maffrustrate lang kayo. The admin staffs were great though.

It's a very good Hospital good doctors so clean and so organized but in HMO or waiting for the doctor takes so long

So overpriced, even for a private hospital. Quoted us ₱16+k for anti rabies shots; other costs were unnecessary like paying for the syringe which is more expensive than one of the shots.

Parking also is a scam. Had to pay ₱40 even though we left the hospital after the quotation which only took less than 10 minutes but since the parking was a bit far, took us awhile to walk to and from the hospital.

I was admitted in MVMC. Staffs were very accommodating. My Doctors are highly recommended. Facilities upgraded.

Na admit kmi Nov. 2 sa ER 9am na bigyan kmi ng partition room bandang 12nn na, okay nmn until umakyat na kmi sa room ng 8pm Until pumutok na yung vein na nka dextrose ng 3 yrs old baby ko so insert uli panibago nka limang try hanggang paa pero wala parin, (truma namin grabe) so sabi wala na daw magaling na mg insert o ng dextrose, need daw mg wait ng 5: 30am, wala na kmi choice nka admit kmi 39.9 lagnat anak ko wala man lng care ang nurse oral paracetamol daw nmin kmi na ngpainom so pinainom nmin wala ngyari ngpunas nlng kmi mgdamag para bumaba wala kami tulog kase namumula na mata nya. As in wala nurse na pumasok between 1am to 8am. Walang care nagalit nko kse ilang beses nko ng follow up na swero na kse ang taas na ng lagnat ng anak ko. 9: 30 am na sya naswerohan at yung binigay nila na paracetamol oral is 0-2 yrs old ang anak ko ay 3 yrs old kaya pala di man lng ng effect yung oral sa anak ko. Sobra trauma ngyari amin dito. Never again. So we decided to early discharge pumirma nlng kmi ng waiver. Also the nurses kapag ng call ka sa knila hindi ka nila pansinin hintayin pa nka assign skin.

Took me 7hours just for a consultation and xray. You will need to wait for long hours for each proceedure! Was not able to read my result and needs to comeback since the doctor already left! Not a good choice to take care of your medical needs

The billing is the worst! No compassion at all. They will let your patient die because you don’t have the money to deposit during weekends or holiday (banks are closed). Stay away from this hospital!

Clean facilities and staff are all accomodating. Magagalang mula guard to janitors and nurses and offices staff. Hindi ka matatakot magpahospital dahil maalaga lahat ng staff. Irerefer ko dito mga kakilala ko. Great hospital. Sana marami pa kayo mapagaling at matulungan.
