Marketplace by Rustan's - Shangri-La Plaza reviews
58Good customer service. Sales people are nice and very accommodating. Good item selection too.
Rustan's is the premiere purveyor of anything and everything luxury in the Philippines. They are the exclusive stockists of most of the well-known designer labels and brands as well as jewellery houses, homeware and so much more. Their service is always superb.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is excellent. Welcoming reception, cleanliness, everything is beautiful in it.
International brands and the ambiance is good. Almost everything you need is available, very convenient for shopping.
The Rustan's I knew then had a multi-floor and large footprint/mall space.
Though now small, the essentials I shop are still there.
Of course, their staff are still the same courteous, accommodating and helpful.
Big or small, the brand is still there.
A short visit to Rustan’s Shangri-La Plaza never fails to amazed me with the classy, sophisticated and glamorous structure. A short walk to the mall gives a confident vibes this mall shares to the shoppers. High-end luxurious brand stores and restaurants are fun to visit. Staffs and security officers are courteous and welcoming. Great place to shop, dine and stroll. Awesome!
More spacious that their original Makati department store, Rustan's Shangri-La has the same great selection of brands and friendly customer service one expects from Rustan's. Definitely a place worth shopping at.
You can find good deals with the beef, the quality is superior than other malls and the gap price isn't so bad. Also a lot of products that you can only find in rustans
Excellent and very professional sales staff. The item i was looking for wasn't available at their branch so the guy or sales staff made an extra effort to call their Greenbelt branch. Luckily, the item was available and they made the sale.
It was nice and spacious. But in some areas like the bathrooms the store is showing its age. The fixtures could use replacements. Overall though it's a great department store and very strategically located. It's just the matter of maintenance as previously stated.
I haven't been to Shangri-la Mall thoroughly since 2019. Overall, as I observed, the place has improved significantly and the shopping experience and foot traffic are gradually recovering to pre-pandemic levels.
One of the best go -to places.
Secured, comfortable place
Comfort rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Great mall in the heart of the metro. Department store is high end but stores and restaurants are the same as other malls. Parking is sufficient on most days, just watch out on weekends.
International brands and products and the ambiance is good. Almost everything you need is available which is very convenient to shop.
Quite expensive here compared to other options, but they have good sense to open early for early market risers (unlike SM). Convenience does have a price to pay.
One of the best big supermarkets with superb choice of local and imported items for all that you would expect of a good supermart. However, expect marginally higher prices as this is a higher end place.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Selection is quite limited though as some local brands are not available. I like the mini resto within as you get to taste the good food you're taking home.
So far, the largest marketplace I’ve been to in Manila… there are a lot of options! There’s also a Lartizan stall inside
Check the expiry date and the packages of the food to make sure they’re not torn/opened. Check your veggies to ensure there aren’t any friendly maggots or worms. I’ve unknowingly bought food that’s been 1 month expired or the packages have been opened. I also saw staff returning frozen food in the freezers after they admitted that a customer asked them to replace it because the package was torn/opened. Loss prevention/security staff need training - there’s a lady that follows you around, watching your every move even if you bend down to look at things in the bottom shelf - it’s really too much. Follows your every move like you’re a thief…feels very disrespectful and makes the shopping experience uncomfortable.
