Went for my blood test this morning. I dislike blood tests because my veins are thin and they collapse. I suffer several punctures because they couldn’t get it right. Today was different. The technician (forgot if her name was Jam) got it right the first time. I told her my previous experience but she was so skilled, I left the clinic in less than 5 minutes! Plus it didn't hurt or bruise after. Great work!

As always, PCC clinic especially Bridgetowne is a one stop shop, accommodating and kind nurses, especially the Laboratory Department, galing at bait din

Excellent service, very good staff and timely results. I availed the consultation and laboratory services and I'm very satisfied. Thank you to the doctor, nurses, EGC and Xray staff and also Yasmine who is in charge of blood extraction - very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I got my results conveniently via email.

Overall the service was efficient and fast.
Thanks to the friendly Ms. Rica from Laboratory Dept. I just hope to get my results the next day (after 24 hrs) for my Nephro and Endo reqts prior to my Eye Operation.

The med tech named Rica, did an amazing job. I had a good experience and the blood extraction was so fast and I didn't even feel any pain. Kudos to all of the staffs in Maxicare Bridgetowne.

Accommodating and very clean. Lab technicians and nurses were very personable. Blood drawing was painless!

Accomodation and Laboratory are relaxing and very good especially medtech jam thank you maxicare.

Quick and convenient to get lab tests done (as long as you make an appointment). In and out in less than 15 minutes! The staff is also very friendly.

I want to thank the MedTech team of the laboratory. They’re so good! It’s normally hard to extract blood from me so I prepared myself for repeated attempts but they were able to do it in 1 go. Ang galing!

Also shout out to the kuya guard who was very attentive to all the patients na hindi alam ang gagawin at walang maupuan. Thank you.

Fast and accommodating staff. Tho madaming tao mabilis ang pag asikaso each patient! Kudos!

Super not happy sa service. What's the point of appointment kung pagaantayin kapa then suddenly sasabihin na wala na yung doctor and rerefer ka sa iba. What the? This is not the first time it happens!

sa clinic as expected madami na tao pero since nakapagpareserve ako sa maxicare sa med city medyo naasikaso tayo kagad. Nice maganda ang systema nila this 2023 daming time ang nasasave at for sure if may emergency maasikaso ka nila kagad.very good kayo, lalo na kay Ms. ELNA!

Whats the sense of getting a sched if youre gonna make patients queue again? 3 hours to wait for a consultation sa pila na di gumagalaw. Mas okay pa mag antay sa accredited hospitals. Sobrang unhelpful pa ng staff. I was hoping it would be better here kesa hospitals but no luck.

Edit: Just to be clear. The 3 hours was a wait THE PREVIOUS DAY. HINDI ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULE. We arrived the next day with a sched tapos nagtanong kami kung 10 ma aaccommodate kami. No clear answer. Sana maintindihan nyo time is valuable sa mga tao and dont be arrogant na kayo pa tama.schedules are meant to be followed. Di yung sasabihan kayo mag queue pa kayo ulit - two days kami mag tatry to get consultation lang? What a waste of time.

Best Maxicare Primary Care Clinic so far. Way better than the BGC clinic. I like that they have chairs outside when there's a lot of patients waiting unlike in BGC. Doctors and Staff were nice. The Clinic is very modern, they have free coffee and offers shuttle service going from or to The Medical City Hospital.

Was able to process my lab very fast, friendly staff and clean clinic. However, I was told that the results will be uploaded on the maxicare portal but it's been a week and still no lab results. I called their support line yesterday and was advised that they will send an email to the clinic so they can send me the results, direct to my email and still no results as of today. 7 days of nothing.

Appointment time is 1: 40PM but it is 2: 28 and we are still waiting without any update for my Son's third anti rabies dose

Superb service. Nurses and doctors are hospitable.
