2. Customer Service - na walang kwenta, pati sila di na alam gagawin sa dami ng reklamo, di na magkanda ugaga sa galit ng mga buyers sa Head office,
3.bibili ng property si buyer pero wala title
4.mag follow up pero wala ka makuha sagot.
5.walang follow up, no updates from their customer care sa mga SOA
6.no assistance, parang bumili ka ng property para maloko ka.
7.yung inaakala mong sayo na dahil di biro pinambili mo, kukunin lang nila

Scam tong Moldex! Be aware kayo! Marami na kami nascam nito, pag bababayarin kayo ng biglang penalty na kahit mathematician di masolve kung san nila kinuha ang computation.

dapat malitis ito at hindi kung ano ano ang pinag uusapn sa senado.ang daming pamliya ang stress sa ginagawa nila, ang customer service nila wala din kwenta, kakauspin ka pero wala background sa accounts.

My Cousin is actually ask for help from DHSUD sa QC, Mag direct na kayo sa DHSUD at mag file na ng complaints para maipon ang mga complainnants againsts them.eto ung lalapitan ng mga complainants pag real estate.marami na sa atin ang naloko ng Moldex, may mga nag file ng kaso laban sa knila lalo na ung Metrogate sa Dasma at nanalo, nabayaran din ang danyos ng Moldex, pinatawag na din sila sa BITAG, tanging sa Senado na lang di pa sila natatawag.

Mga kapwa ko Filipinos magkaisa na po tayo na ilapit sa senado ang mga situations na unfulfilled agreement ng moldex developer. Update lang ako ng update sa payment ng amilyar pero ang hawak ko lang now is acknowledgement receipt. Fully paid since 2016.sa RD developer name pa rin hindi maisubdivide.

I purchased a land from Metrogate Trece Martirez City Cavite last 2019 but until now title is not released. I am following up with them but they always mention it is on file with BIR for 4years now. I felt I been scammed on my hard earned money.

Buying a property from Moldex Realty is a nightmare. Fully paid a parcel of land in Metro Gate Silang Estate last 2014 and yet until now the title is still for BIR entry. Has been following-up the status for years and get the same answer. Their Titling Department is very incompetent.

I experienced double selling of this developer.they Re opened our lot in allegria Dos Rios without any warning or letter from Them.we found out that there's a new owner of our land now.we are talking to our lawyer and asking help from them. Do not invest in this Developer.they are scammers.

Sales agents here are very passive. Isang tanong isang sagot. There are lots of good projects but if the sales support is like that - wala nang mag tatanong. Very hard to reach them as well.

Steer clear of this company they are unprofessional and border line scam. I thought Metro Gate could be trusted but not the case. Can’t get copy of statement of account, expected date of completion, no reply to Customer Care emails. Trying to do this from abroad. If you plan to do business with them hire a good attorney first!

Sobra itong company nato. Cash ko nabili yung lot ko sa Metrogate Silang Feb 2019. Pinangakuan ako 9 months up to 1 yr processing lang marerelease ung title ko. 2023 mag 4 years na wala pading andar sa title ko. Wala din paramdam broker at ung customer service nila kahit everyday ako nag fa follow up ng update. Pag pumunta ka sa Office nila sa QC walang haharap sayo kundi customer service lang din nila at pangangakuan ka lang ng pangangakuan na iprioritize nila ung title mo.
Now mag fa file na kami ng reklamo dito sa company na to sa attorney namin. Para magawan na ng legal action ang mga taong sangkot sa pag bebenta ng lot sakin pero hindi padin nirerelease and title after 3 yrs and 10 months.

No use of there Cellphone numbers if they only Relaying in Text when it comes to Customer service and only Accepting calls thru LandLines.
I think, this is the time to Change the old Custom when handling Communication to there loyal Customers and a fast pace of the evolving Future. There's always alot of Improvement to adds.it would be start in Customers Service.

They promised that when we purchased the unit I can apply it thru PAGIBIG and BANK FINANCING. When were done in downpayment they told us THEY DONT ACCREDIT PAGIBIG AND THE BANK THAT IS ACCREDITED IS ONLY METROBANK. They leave me no choice. I wanted to use pagibig, so I can utilize my membership and monthly contribution. When I tried to apply in Metrobank, we were DENIED, so no choice but to avail thier inhouse financing which is 15% interest in 10 years!
All promises that we’ll have amenities such as clubhouse, never happened!

The worst developer and dubious realty company. We already paid in full in 2018 and up to now we haven't received the certificated of title. We already filed a complain in DHSUD and they responded with a blank statement. Who ever have a case against Moldex we should band together and i pa TULFO na natin to.

We live in Heritage Spring Homes, Moldex is the most ignorant developer I have ever experienced.
From.sleeping guards, to snakes in long over grown grass, to shoddy management.
They have allowed property surrounding our supposedly gated developement to be sold to sqautters, and we are being over run with people inside our gates that live like pigs.

After posting our case here and on other channels, we have finally received a satisfactory response from Moldex. Thank you Carlos Manalaysay for the answer.
