I have so many transactions made at cityhall and they are respectful, accommodating and helpful

Best city hall as always.
There's so many LGU employees approaching you to offer assistance. There's a proper queuing system too. The place even has strong wifi.
There are also people that remind you of the requirements, LGU announcements etc

Too bad they dont offer the unlimited coffee and snacks anymore

Oh and the staff smile even at 4: 30 in the afternoon!

We went to the People's Center in Muntinlupa City Hall for some legal activities. The building is ongoing restoration, with some construction materials in the stairs. But the good thing is that they have free wifi and the speed is great. Thank you for that, and I was able to update and check my emails, etc.

Muntinlupa City Hall is located at Barangay Putatan District 1 Muntinlupa City. Muntinlupa have 2 district 1 and 2. Muntinlupa City Hall is front of Muntinlupa Medical Center. Here are barangay's that you found in district 1, Brgy Tunasan, Brgy Poblacion, Brgy Putatan, Brgy Bayanan. And District 2 are Brgy Alabang, Brgy Cupang, Brgy Buli, Brgy Sucat.

Sa tuwing malapit nang sumapit ang pasko bago mag pandemic napupuno nang mga decoration at chrismas light ang munisipyo nang muntinlupa. Magalang at maasikaso ang mga empleyado dito

Better facilities and has enough parking space. The building is better. I don't know about the government.

It's a one stop establishment. You don't need to go anywhere. Almost all of the gov't offices are located there.

The Receiving department in Mayors office are poor in service to the public, they are to lousy in giving Public Documents for research purposes. Article III section 7 of 1987 consitution the right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records and documents. I suggest your department should have time frame in accomodating all the queries of the public concerns and need, becuase giving public documents its not that hard its been more than a week but until now no action taken has been made. Such a disappoint in giving public service.

Holiday Edition - This is our first time experiencing the Lights Show and it amazed us to be honest. It is more dramatic as it syncs with the music. Given the location, they're able to pull off this kind of decorations for their locals.
Parking - enough for the people living around the area
Street Foods - little options to choose from
Fast foods and Restaurants - there are several of these along the road near the area.

Not as systematic as other municipality there's a lot room for improvement. But the employee's are all accommodating and approachable.

OK as to an office. Not OK if you are seeking financial for senior citizen or pwd with a limited source of income due to health issues or the pandemic situation.

Easily accessible especially Fridays where less people have transactions.

Got here for an affidavit of loss and was able to finish in around 30 mins.

Concern lang po sa philhealth office halos 2 hours pokaming nakaupo duon sa gilid ng post office wala man lang nag uupdate samin kung anu na po bang balita.dami ng guard na dumadaan, daan wala man lang pong nag uupdate samin.

Systemwide re: property tax payment, is excellent; paid directly to the cashier (no need to pass through the assessors' office) and you're done in less than 3 minutes.

Business as usual, But still COVID 19 Health Protocol is in effect a safety reminder to take all necessary precautions, wear face mask, washing of hands, social distancing is the best way to protect yourself from virus.

Parking outside is getting full during office hours.

The OWD Lift is available for those unable to reach 2nd Floor.

There is Koi Pond inside.

Very accommodating staff.however, try not to bring your own vehicle due to very limited parking spaces.
