3This branch is the worst.i made an appointment at Feb 3,2022 at 12noon but they did not entertain me because they said its a first come first serve basis.and i need to secure a stub number.my question is what is the point of having appointment if you will base it on first come first serve.the reason i chose to do it at the appointment date and time is because thats the only time im free.then u expect me to que until 430pm.waste of time and money.
Worst ever.naghintay ako ng 1week, para sa release dahil may hit ako, tas pag balik ko, sarado sila at after tow days pa mag oopen.
