National Kidney and Transplant Institute reviews
40 Mabagal ang serbisyo. Incompetent ang admin at staff d2. Sayang magagaling sana ang doctor at nurses. Mas lalala pa sakit mo. Hindi ba kayu nahihiya sa ospital ninyo? Wala ba kayong magaling jan na kayang mg improve
Sa mga serbisyo ninyo?
No choice.
Some are not. But im so thankful all of the stuff, the good ones and not so nice ones. I always say thank you all you and pray also for your health. Keep up the great work
ALAM NYO BA!
Their hospital process is soooo outdated. Bureaucracy/red tape is extremely evident in this hospital. They should start employing automation and AI in their processes instead of relying on more admin staff/admin employees.
This feels like a private one even though is is a government run hospital.
They have a lot of trees, parking slots, and a lot os specialist doctors. It is not very accessible through commute but here's how to commute to NKTI;
Ride MRT, stop at QUEZON AVE walk to the street on the centris side, ride a jeep going to LITEX droop off sa circle first turn to the right. EAST ave, walk to NKTI, its very near. Or ride a jeep going ANONAS.
I hate the process here. So tedious, very very outdated, full of government red tape.
They dont care, they deal with dialysis patients everyday and yet has no compassion at all. Patients are weak because they are sick, and yet so much red tape.
We brought my Dad for emergency blood transfusion tapos they made us wait for like a day. Fudge!? Grabe
Very accomodating nurses and may Malasakit center sila kaya super thankful ako wala kami ginastos nung na-ospital si papa. Thank you NKTI doctors and nurses!
I like the grounds of this hospital because they have a tropical vibe due to lots of trees and plants. Most of the buildings are just around 3 stories so for me the spaces provide a good breathing space. The interiors and even the rooms are quite spacious. I prefer these kinds of hospitals than high rise ones.
For sure Lang po Kasi Medyo Malayo pa panggagalingan namin. Thank you po.
I was admitted in NKTI for laser of kidney stone and thank you for the kind, maalaga at maasikasong nursed and crew. God bless you all
This guy (Perry Santos) assigned in Diagnostic counter is not helpful. He seems lack of sleep so he’s not in good mood to answer your queries
My mom was confined here two weeks ago due to kidney failure needing emergency dialysis. We had negative swab results on the same day. We were put in a mixed ER. Then on a pneumonia ward. Swab after 5 days in pnuemonia ward negative. Transferred to private room. On the 10th day my mom had cough. 12 th day she was swab again and result was now positive. Me and my mom both got covid. She is now at ICU. How come this hospital didnt clean or disinfect properly? We came in covid free, now my mom is in comatose state and fighting for her life in. ICU
They have bike racks where you can chain up your bike, that's good. Our other hospital requires that my girlfriend get a PCR swab test for covid before she gives birth in a few weeks. Testing hours are 7am to 9am, walk-in, no reservations. Regular price Php7400, down to Php1033 with a Philhealth discount.
My nephew passed away yesterday from this hospital: (he was diagnosed kidney failure last December 2019 then he was doing a peritoneal dialysis at home then fluid build up to his lungs they took the water from his lungs then after a week he passed away: (
I’m so very sad for what happened because I’m planning to go back to philippines for his transplant but it will not happen anymore
Places and institutions like these are Filipinos benefit from the Marcos regime.and should never be disregarded.
Airconditioned corridors, friendly/handsome doctors, friendly nurses and staff. They were all respectful. Clean rooms 2x cleaning time. Therapists at the rehab ctr are friendly and considerate
