My worst peme experience, front staff is not accommodating, staff is misleading regarding instructions, I did w8 for nothing until I also ask the front staff and said that I can now go.

For the Makati branch! The staff's are very approachable and easy to talk to. They assist and answer me very well with my questions! Definitely the best experience that I had in any clinic that I visited. For the short cute girl staff at the clinic, I forgot her name but thanks for assisting me most of the time!

Slow process, and the worst part that the they know there’s a lot of patient on that time but the Doctor’s still to manage to have some break! Never going back again!

I went here yesterday for my pre-employment medical exam and it took me 2 hours to finish it because the their procedure is so unorganized.and their staff are rude and disrespectful. Lalo na yung Doctor sa Doctor Room 1 hindi professional at naninigaw ng pasyente. I don't recommend this clinic at all!

Well it's a nice clinic but some of the staff are kinda rugged not that friendly and accommodating comfort rooms needs to be improved

the one who conducted my physical examination was very rude i was disappointed saying ate sana masarap ulam mo mamaya she needs to learn to be nice

Sobrang tagal kumilos ng mga taga (urine) W1 and W2 grabe 1-2hrs ka mag aantay para lang pirmahan yung papel mo pinag antay ka para makapagchikahan sila.

Nakikita kopa may kavideo call tapos nagjoin isa pang nurse chika chika muna habang ikaw tagal na nagantay

Sa mga dati ko naman na medical iniiwan nalang etong urine magsisign ka lang.

So ba’t ang bagal? Mga nurse niyo palitan niyo na

Langkwenta. Ubod nang bagal gawa ng kaunti Ang staff tas Ang daming tanggap. 3 hours ka maghihintay. Wala pang waiting area para sa mga Kasama mo.

Sobrang daming tao and Yung facilities medyo madumi! Ang panghi pa nung kuhaan ng Urine. Medyo nakakadisappoint pa Kase ang hirap hanapin Wala manlang sign papunta sa site mismo

Walang kwentang clinic bias ang mga tao, pila tapos tatarantaduhin ka ang daming kesyo.nakaka ubos ng pasensiya

Just finished my medical. I went early para iwas sa maraming tao and it was fast. I arrived at 9AM sharp and finished the whole procedure at 10: 30AM. After I got my personal copy and the acknowledgment form, I sent it to the company via email.

Things (well, thing) to improve:
1. I think they should call the number of people na hindi enough yung urine sample. Some of the people there did not even know na need pa nilang dagdagan yung urine sample nila and naghihintay silang maprocess pero hindi pala tatawagin kapag hindi puno. Also medyo masungit si Ms.sa windown 1 (urine), maybe it's morning kasi. Hehe! But I hope she can explain in a much better way. Thanks Nicatto!

I'm late for my schedule. Pila as usual, ok lang ang mahalaga matapos ko ang medical ko. God bless is all!

Staff here are nice. May isang maldito lang the one who is in charge of the X-ray. Pero overall madali process and very accommodating.

Ang baba ng ceiling ang daming tao sa loob. Walang space between sa ibang waiting na patient. Tas yung katabi ko ubo ng ubo ng ubo. Tas di well ventilated yung place. Si ateng na nasa biometric s parang government employee galit sa mga taoparang istorbo lang kami.

I like how they give a more thorough medical exam for preemployment here compared to other clinics. The process was as fast paced as it can be for what it was. Only complaint is that in end we were told to wait or wait for whats next.when we were actually done. So we sat there and wasted a lot of time because we were told we would get called on. When I finally inquired was I only told I can go. My coworker needed a signature from the doctor he had already seen, he was also waiting to be called. The front desk said to just wait, though they seemed organized, I wish they will look into the inquiry instead of brushing it off.

Accomodating staffs, but need to smile more! Especially in Biometrics area, I misheard my last name kanina dahil maingay and lumapit ako dun sa area. Wala kasing specific instructions na sinabi bago pumunta, so dire-diretso ako sa Biometrics na kala ko ako yung tinawag. It's just unpleasant to hear na they don't use "Ma'am" or "Sir". I just liked the way how the blood extraction went good, the staff was careful and even in X-ray area.

Im here for 3 days now. Just for the fbs that my company want. Now they want a certification. Going back and forth from here to telepeformance because of miscommunication between them.

HOW TO GET THERE:
Ride MRT going to SHAW.
When you get of the MRT descend on the left stairs.
Walk along Greenfield district to the jeepney terminal, walk for about 3 mins to get there.
Ride jeepney bound for "UGONG", ask the driver to drop you off at JOLLIBEE CENTRE BUILDING.
The clinic is at the 14th floor.

It's just a minute walk from Shaw Boulevard Station of MRT. They are located at the 14th floor of Jollibee Center. It has a comfort room, but it's restricted to the customer who will collect their urine samples. They have a dedicated place to that. There is a service water here. They have the friendly staff. Their opening hours is 0800H, and I suggest that go there as early as possible, it's crowded when "rush hour". I hope this helps. Peace out!

K pupunta k lng knina nd Masyadong maliit ang space nila crowded, wlang tubig ang dispencer ung isang staff sumpungin una ok kausap sunod nag mamaldita n prang d mxadong ok ung temp ng aircon medyo mainit.

Hard to find at first. But a long wsy from public transportation. Would not choose it for locarion only.
