If there's a 0, I'll give it a zero. Food is so-so, selection is not much compared to their Podium branch. Service is also very poor - Staffs seem not happy with their jobs. Waste of money. Will not recommend

I had a fantastic dining experience at NIU SM Aura, largely thanks to Jerome, our waiter. His exceptional service, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor elevated our meal.

Free cake for my birth month. The food was good. Wide variety of options. Servers were nice. SHOUT OUT TO PATRICK and others!

Satisfied for food especially the very accommodating Service from the staff especially Sir albert one of the server. He is so very accommodating and he do an extramile Im so happy and very satisfied in this place celebrating my birthday Thankyou NIU BY VIKINGS

Our server Kuya Rudy is very great and very attentive to our needs and request. The food is great as well as the ambiance.

I like the ambience of this place. The staff are friendly and accommodating they also serve mini cakes and greet those who celebrated their birthday. The food was delicious and our family enjoyed the meal.

Prime example of quantity over quality. Everything lacks something. So many dessert options but all desserts taste the same.

Very cozy atmosphere. A real fine dining buffet experience. Food was really good. Kudos also to attentive servers especially Kuya Edison.

Before the pandemic, I used to often have lunch there and it was excellent, really making the difference. I visited it today for the first time after the pandemic. Just three simple remarks, making them deserve 1 star now:
- they removed the wine dispenser (which was really making a big difference)
- They removed the ice cream dispenser
- For birthdays, they are no more bringing a single "cake" (now it's a cookie.) to each celebrant. Just playing a stupid jingle and bringing them all together.
They are no more making the difference.

There were less variety of available food, understandable since they also reduced the price.

It took quite some time to be able to go inside since the vaccination requirement for dine in needed to be verified but it could have been faster. Instructions could have been posted on site and/or set to those who reserved.

A number of stations were unmanned at times, so it takes longer to order/request the food/drink that you want.

Meat cuts at the carving station were not cooked as requested (I requested mine as medium, it was served well done).

The deterioration in the level of service was probably caused by the decrease in the number of staff but steps could have been taken to minimize the negatives effects.

It is supposed to be an upgraded version of vikings but it didnt meet all the standards of a 3 star buffet restaurant. Food selection is very limited! I will never come back again.

Love the buffet! It has that hotel vibe going on since their is a pianist in the middle of the whole buffet area. You have different varieties if food from Italian to Chinese. Plus the wine or drinks bar is equipped.

First time dining in here and I was not disappointed. Great selection of food and beverages. There were a lot of people since it was a weekend but the place did not feel cramped (Well, we're still under GCQ as of this writing).

We would be probably frequenting this place if it was near where I live.

I was so excited to dine here It was supposed to be the highlight of my week. False advertising. What they post on their Instagram are all unavailable. There was no grilling station—as in empty. I was looking forward to Kebabs. I asked if they had Indian food, there was none; even though pictures on their instagram had pita. They didn't have everything I liked on their feed, like ravioli or ceviche—and I did ask. They didn't have Korean food also, except for bulgogi. No salad bar. Airless ice cream were all unavailable. Like, the choices were so limited, I could easily memorize the little they did have. No variety. I at least thought there would be staples like pad thai, katsu, or even just Filipino food like menudo, sisig, lechon kawali, etc. There weren't much seafood dishes—not even steamed fish. The kare-kare was too watery. The xiao long bao couldnt even be removed from the plate. It was so stuck that the wrap just tore. Taiwanese mushroom was extremely salty. The sashimi felt like it was recently frozen. Plus, a lot of their chefs were snobby. People would stand in front of them but they wouldn't even look. On the bright side, I liked the taste of their cheesecake, carrot cake, beef belly, angus chuck eye, and mushroom tart.

Poor service, always waiting for good food to be serve, beverage specially beer still in refrigerator with lock. Expensive for the amount

Has a fair selection of buffet food options for the price. Plus points for ensuring that health & safety protocols and social distancing is properly observed.

This is the updated pandemic review. A lot has changed and many cuisine stations aren't available. Staff is quite short and not in a mood to serve. Although, what food is available is still good but the best stuff runs out. Hope to see improvements in the future, not only in this branch but also in other Niu branches.

Had lunch here on a weekday. Since it's pandemic, fewer food choices. The waiters will give/serve what you like (turo-turo), unlike before you can get the food by yourself. Downside is that there are some stations without a server (dimsum), and there were also few times when we had to call someone to serve us the food. I miss the old Niu?
