Nomu - Tea and Coffee reviews
36I like the coffee at Nomu Cafe, but I think it is overpriced for what it offers. There are other coffee shops in Area 2, like Doz or Elyups, that have cheaper and tastier coffee. The place is also too small and cramped, and it can get noisy during peak hours. The only thing I liked the most is their cups, which you can reseal and take away. They have a nice design and are eco-friendly. If you are looking for a quick and convenient coffee fix, Nomu Cafe might be a good option. But if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing place to enjoy your coffee, you might want to try somewhere else.
Really REALLY good coffee, food, and ambience! Must-try iced Kumo coffee, grilled cheese croissant, and glazed donuts.and BEST of all, the staff will dance for you if you “TiP them baby one more time! ”
I really like this place because of the unique menu of drinks. Definitely not your typical milktea shop. Try their chai latte and kumo drinks.
We ordered wintermelon milktea and shakerato.
Some staff isn’t much friendly compared to the barista.
The sinker is important as the milktea. As you can see on the photo, the pearls are stuck together. The paper straw won’t be that helpful in this case.
The Shakerato which is one of the best seller is a bit on the salty side. Won’t recommend if you are a serious coffee lover like me.
Good and commendable service especially ate Caryl for her recommendation of best seller drinks.
Super love the vibes and the coffee itself! Sakto lang to my liking—not too strong and not too creamy. Super worth it for the price!
Iced Coffee is good.
But they put a lot of ice.
Half latte, Half ice.
Next day, I asked for less ice.
Cup is not full. Other coffee shops would fill it to the cup size. Medium or Large.
I expected to get medium or large cup of coffee for what I paid for.
Service is slow too.
Sometimes no receipt. No proof of purchase.
They don't write your name on the cup, others may claim your order.
Comfortable and lively staffs. Would come and buy again, especially once i pass the upcoming upcat!
They have great selection of coffee. The place is cool. I haven’t tried dining in or ordering food but it’s nice they have those choices.
Always a great time for nomu. They have the best (and cheapest) pizza in campus! They also have great coffee! Thank you for the free donut, Nomu!
This coffee shop is my favorite place to hang and do my school works. I really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not too crowded as well.
Good mocha coffee and nomu latte.right balance of coffee and milk. Maganda rin ang lalagyan/packaging. May libre kaming donuts ️
Me and my friend had a really wonderful experience here, thanks to the amazing customer service. Their milk tea is the best!
Very very good pizzas. Was impressed. The food got this place 5 stars.
Unfortunately there was a never ending supply of children selling Knick Knacks. Kinda just wanted a relaxing lunch.
The milk tea here is nicely blended. We ordered the wintermelon milk tea and jasmine green tea milk tea. We could have tried the pizzas but we just had our lunch. However, I can smell the wonderful smell of their pizza. Will update this review once we tried their pizza.
Visited 4/6/22 4PM. Will visit again on Friday to try the pizza
Edited
Visited again 4/8/22 as promised. Ordered their 5-Cheese Pizza. 6 slices for us 2 people. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Honestly I can't get enough so I ate 4 slices and my friend ate 2 hahha. We also ordered the Large Nomu Milk Tea and Large Kumu Tiger Sugar Milk Tea so as to check the difference.
We were not able to enjoy it as you can see our second visit was surprised by heavy rain. That's another thing I need to add, you cannot enjoy your food or drinks here during rainy season because they only have alfresco dining area and the umbrella cover does not provide any good protection from rain at all.
First time to taste their Taro Milk Tea, and it is super good. They put real taro (mashed) in it. Yum
Tried the kumo mixed berries and I love it! Love how the berry bursts in your mouth. Love nomu, but just when you're enjoying the milk tea, it's always cut short because the ice is too much and actual milk tea too little haha
Nomu has very affordable and delicious drinks! The Tiger Brown Sugar milk tea is my personal favorite. Plus points for encouraging customers to reuse their cups and to the staff because they are very accommodating when it comes to requests such as lower sugar level and add-ons
The cups are environment-friendly since they are durable and could be used multiple times. The cafe has a cozy atmosphere. The best brown sugar milktea!
Very nice and accomodating staff & service. Good milk tea and snacks at an affordable price.
