I gave them my documents for visa application as I was out of town. The person in charge informed me that I needed to submit additional documents but since I was out of town, I told him that the soonest I can provide the papers would be the following Monday and he said okay. So Monday came and I called and texted him several times but got no reply. I also called their office and staff who assisted me with passport processing but nobody was picking up nor replying to my messages. On Tuesday, I finally got hold of the person who assisted me with my passport and was informed that the guy who was supposed to process my visa application went out of town without proper endorsement and coordination. So now my documents are still with them and I've already lost 2 precious days of visa processing time for an urgent trip. I will not recommend their service.
