Inaway ako dito. Nainggit kasi sa akin. Akala nung isa dun may gusto ako sa kanya. May asawa na yun tsaka di ko siya type. Hindi ako kabit ng taganovo! Kasi nagpanggap ako na may gusto ako kasi gusto kong malaman ang magiging reaction nila. I still shop there kasi it's super cheap. Pero may mga staff na masama.

I've always wanted to visit here since I always see it when we pass by SM Val. Just out of curiousity. I'm a bit disappointed since most/half of the items they're selling are rather old. Some food/grocery items were expired (May 2022) but they are still on display. Some are almost expiring (Nov 2022).

In times of crisis, can't go for quality items.we go for the bargains.and boom.they are here to give us affordable goods.should add more attendants.

Novo.it is the only department store where i get my friend's favourite snack "loaded". He goes running to that isle with open arms to grab as much as he can. There was a store inside where we could buy green onion dosa. Well it isn't dosa. But it is homologous to a thin kind of parota may be. But the shop isn't there anymore. I wish i could get em.soon.

I like the place, you can get variety of products, the downside is that, the social distancing during the queue is not visible.

I bought 3 furnitures from Novo Depot Valenzuela without hesitation I paid cash as i love the items.the small display cabinet came assemble and that’s very good.the other two is quite big so they promised to assemble it on the time of delivery.delivery arrived at 4 pm and Jimmy was able to complete only the study table.small problem occur when he’s assembling the item, the cover fell down and it needs to be changed.since it was already late he came back the following day as he promised to finish the study table and the 6 door wardrobe that he was not able to start because of time constraints.today when he arrived he did finished the study table but was not able to start the wardrobe because he was not allowed by his manager (i guess it was Nick) to stay back and told him that assembling the wardrobe must be done during his off so Jimmy apologized me and informed me that he will be back by thursday during his off as advised by his manager. When i bought the item i was told that it will be done the same day but it did nit happen due to delivery time.i expect that it should have been completed today but apparently it’s not.if i knew that you will ask me to wait i should have not bought the item from you i should have bought it to someone who can do the after sale service same day of the delivery. I am very disappointed as i need to wait for your colleagues off to be able to use and set up my wardrobe.and oh by the way i paid cash without hesitation i have to go out and withdraw the amount i have to pay as you do not have option to pay by card.because i love the way your sellers assisted me i did not question this process.but now just a simple after sale service you cannot give me? I will have to think if i will recommend your store.my 3 star ratings are for your colleagues who assisted me well, it should have been perfect if not because of your after sales service process.and i guess it’s not fair to ask your colleague to assemble an item during his off day.just saying!

Parking available. Goods sold are relatively cheap. Groceries are priced the same as in other supermarkets.

Very nice store for monthly grocery, good range of products and prices are comparatively better than marts

I like the old store because there were things that i used to buy before but now i don't see them anymore

This store is a one-stop-shop with wide selection of plastic wares. I had a wonderful shopping experience. Very nice AC temp.

It's a budget mall. You can buy lots of things here from clothes, school supplies, home decor and even groceries and small appliances for a cheaper price.
Great if you're on a tight budget

Cheap China Made and Local Goods. Go there with 100 Phone in your pocket and there is lots of stuff you can buy

Very cheap items. You get what you paid for. Some grocery items here are cheaper than other grocery stores

Been buying pillow cases and bed sheet, carpentry, plumbing materials, and other kitchen ware, hope the ventilation will improve if they cvan't provide air condition
