Cons:
- No cashless transactions, miski eWallet
- Membership needs renewing annually which ia hindi sulit for the 10% off, lalo kung minsan ka lang bumibili, sana may lifetime card.

Affordable prices for household needs, office supplies and school supplies. They also have discounted items.

Nice security guards, also kind sales lady/men but some will say they don't have a stock of a certain product but if you ask another person they know where the item is so just that always ask twice

As for the novo chain, that one was the biggest.security service is always A1 nation wide @ all establishments.downtown manila with a dozen street front parking spots

I always want to visit this place because of their super affordable items. If you have Novo card you will get 5% off in every item in your cart. If you want to buy household items, home decors, kitchen tools, school supplies, toys and etc.this is where you should visit because surely you will enjoy affordable items that also has a good quality.

Much better ang look nila ngayon. Mas maaliwalas tignan. Cashier can be quite slow. Some prices are more expensive. Wide selection of mugs. The store also carries clothes, toys, school supplies, aside from homeware. You have to use your NOVO card often to get the value of the card that you paid for.

Item are Ok and prices are fair competative, but some prices of the item are not update, when you pay it, the price are already increase, and most of the display no price tag. And the most negative side of the store are the cashier, they discriminate customer, they transfer customer from one to other, even they dont have the customer to assist and it was resulted to long transaction and wasting time.lot of cashier but they not willing to assist.

Had the worst experience with the cashier Racel Mae dela Cruz, she is so rude and has bad behavior when confronting about the transactions. She just left me on the counter without any advise and she slammed the table top and the thermal printer. Not a good place to shop with

I love this place. Cost of items is comparable with Divi prices. You can get plain shirts by bulk too.

Before its open all the item is less price. But now. I dont think the same price as before. Staka mabagal ang counter

They have almost everything you need for your house. Went here on December 30 to buy walker for my daughter and wow they have lots of customers or maybe because it's New Year. The issue is they don't observe social distancing, the line on cashier were long and people don't follow the 6m apart from each other.
