3 days stay was great! Buffet breakfast was superb and friendly staff. Received a special basket with Filipino delicacies.

The room has a very modern design with remote control curtains, lights and hidden socket center. I visited this hotel again. This time I was in the room facing the fountain light show. There is a five-minute light and sound show every hour starting from 6pm. It is worth admiring it from top to bottom. The whole picture is worth looking forward to

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the stunning views.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was top-notch. I can't recommend it enough!

The personnel was excellent, and the accommodations were spotless and cozy. To make our stay enjoyable, they went above and beyond. Anyone traveling to the city should definitely stay at this hotel.

The staff are very accomodating and always gives smiles to us tourist. This place is highly recommended for people who wants to chill.

We ended up doing a day tour of the resort as the suite we wanted for our vacation was not available at the time of booking (I highly recommend this as you are able to see the rooms & notable areas of the resort). This place is absolutely stunning (reminded me a lot like the prestigious Vegas hotels). There are many amenities included with your stay, not to mention there are so many things to do: the casino, eating at the various restaurants, high end shopping, and best of all just enjoying the gorgeous rooms. Customer service goes above and beyond for all guests (regardless if you stay there or are visiting). In the future, we were advised to contact the hotel directly for room availability & prices (as you can get better deals & accommodations through them — we are already planning our future stay here). Overall, it is definitely a place to visit and enjoy!

Great hotel. There was a show last night and it was entertaining. There's also a casino and water fountain. The staffs we're nice and the hotel is even better than the hotel I went in my country Italy.

I didn't sleep in the hotel.only played on the casino.but the casino area was somehow clean.dining area n restrooms

It's a beautiful and elegant hotel. If you plan to do Casino then bring a lot of cash or money on your debit card. There are atm machines inside though. Casino is addicting!

As a casino, i will never say its nice or what, gambling is a game of luck and a vice, you can bet on anything if you have thaf tick, but as a hotel your better of at go or red doorz, I recently booked an excecutive suite, and it was booked by a casino rate or what by a friend, to my surprise when I went to Medly for buffet breakfast it was not included, your in a suite but breakfast not included! Really? Even some 2 star hotels in the provinces offer plated breakfast, the bad part is we were never informed that the suite does not come with breakfast, so whats the use you get a suite, better you get a regular room with breakfast or better stay in a better hotel, whats worst is and as I write this Im in the hospital, okada has a lawsuit waiting to happen, denying water? I suffer from an electrolyte imbalance, so water is a must, after drinking thier rediculously price water i requested for water, busboys/room service will bring 2 or 4 little bottles then we give a generous tip, after several times requesting and asking if they can just bring up more little bottles or a pitcher, the last time we requested they said weve have reached the limit and can get in the casino for free, at 1am in our robe, but really if hic town carendirias in the metro serve water for free what more a multinational intergrated resort! I know your having local problems now but to deny your guests water is sorry for the term F&%$ed up! You have the gall to ask when a player cashes out the option to donate, but you say no to guests in executive suites water! I will never stay or recommend this hotel, for a company to deny water to anyone, i dont have to file a lawsuit, karma will get you, when you deny something as basic as water to even somebody who might not even be a guest is something else, maybe the current problems your going through is already your karma, If you wanna gamble try the other integrated resorts, thier more hospitable and more "Filipino", as per a hotel your way way way better off in go hotels or red doorz, so okada may your current problems lead you to close and leave Manila, so the hotel can be run more by Filipinos who have the value of "malasakit" or compassion, cause right now you guys just simply SUCK!

They gave us a free room but when we got there at 4pm, they said that they don't have a room. I am so sorry I got fooled by their offer.

A posh hotel in the metro. A casino mostly but a lot of place to visit like the fountain, the pool and a variety of restaurants. A bit pricey i think but i guess it comes with the place.

Worst experience ever. Still here at the coral lobby at 530pm waiting for the room to be available. Whats your standard check in time? Almost 3hrs waiting. Never again.

Not that much people at the time of our stay.
But they have a very friendly and helpful staff. Also had lunch at the Medley buffet and food quality is superb

Nice hotel.our room has a good view of Manila Bay and watching sunset so as the dancing fountain.

2 stars because uts a beautiful place BUT:
- If you go there for a day tour where an agent tells you that it's open for kids, it's FALSE!
- If you are a foreigner, for a day tour, you don't have the same rights the the local people (as usual here)

Resume: very disappointed with this place. If you have money to spend, go elsewhere it will be better

Probably the best hotel in the country! Rates are on the high end but worth it. They will try their best to accomodate all your request.

The cove, the restaurants.are all practicing social distancing. The ushers and wait staff constantly reminds people of safety protocols. Relaxing, luxurius, safe.what more can one ask for?
