Cue doesn’t wait long for the next bus to arrive, that’s a plus. Appreciate that trips to nearby provinces are still available even before midnight.

A major bus terminal but without any help or timetables on the buses. Ok for locals but as with most of transport not tourist friendly

Convenient terminal that connects Ayala to multiple destinations using buses, PUVs, and MRT.

The One Ayala terminal although may be a bit warm and need more ventilation compRed to PITX, offers the same convenience in public transport.
The bus stops are marked clearly, although first time comers may get lost. Attendants are courteous and polite.
For a bus terminal, it is clean and well maintained.

(Apr. 16,2023) The integrated transport terminal that combines what used to be several separate transportation points. The buses that use to crowd EDSA just outside here, the shuttles that used to congregate at various terminals in the Makati Business District, they’re all here now. I’m only here on weekends, and tend to go home late, so I don’t know what it’s like during a workday rush hour. But the place is clean, bright, secured, and well organized, so I guess that the only difference during rush hour would be longer lines and waiting times. That much is also clear from the other reviews.

You can ride the bus here going to Alabang, Laguna, PITX, MOA, etc.

CR has many stalls and is clean also (yes they have Bidet)

There are foods and drinks available
Like Pizza, Shawarma, coffee, juice, Bread, and more.

No chairs. (been there last Thursday, May 25,2023)

More and more becoming truly functional. More bus routes now, and stores/shops are soon to open.

One Ayala Building will house the Carousel Bus Terminal instead of queuing at the EDSA Southbound lane, just to decongest traffic condition.

Inside One Ayala on the ground floor are buses aligned per destination.

Lane 1 is reserved for FTI, Bicutan, Sucat, and Alabang bound buses,

Lane 2 for Susana/Tunasan, San Pedro, Pacita, and Binan Buses, with a front bus for Balibago bound bus.

Middle Lane is a stopover from buses originating from Northbound, like Monumento bus, which is also a hitchhiking area for Pasay, MOA, DFA, and PITX destination.

Lane 4 is reserved for Katipunan and Antipolo, if Northbound, and Noveleta, if Southbound.

Some buses require an automated fare tap card known as TripKo, which you can buy and reload in the designated booths beside the bus queue.

There is a toilet available in the Terminal, using contact less wash area and hand dryer. Toilets are generally clean and automated flush mechanisms.

Stopover eats are available, from Jamaican Pattie to Siomai Kimg to Coffee, and a nearby convenience store like Lawson.

To access via MRT, SM Ayala, or Northbound EDSA, you need to take an escalator from the terminal.

The second floor is generally clean and well-maintained, and only one passerby I spotted spits on the floor near the tempered glass window.

I like how this place is streamlined with Ayala MRT station, the walkway going to the buses for BGC and bus terminals going to MOA, South of Metro Manila - PITX, Sucat, Alabang, Laguna, and many others, and also P2P buses to Fairview and the airport. It has an ATM, one convenience store, a few food booths, and beep top-up stalls. What this place lack are more convenience stores since people are likely to wait. It even has a rescue vehicle ready, and the lanes have legit dispatcher for each bus. It looks organized and clean.

Finally addresses bus loading demand of Makati CBD. Haven't experienced it during rush hours yet but looks promising.
It's a vast improvement to the previous loading area along EDSA with MMDA fencing buses like cattle and passengers waiting at the corner of Ayala.

Nice Terminal, it is big but I was able to experience it during non-peak hours. I don't know how many people during peak hours. Nevertheless it is a welcome improvement in one of the busiest places in Metro Manila. Good job to whoever developed and build this terminal.

This is so much better than when you had to stand on a center island in the middle of EDSA. Very well-lit, airy, lots of security personnel, and has an information booth.

I used to get bus from novaliches bayan to go to pacita complex Laguna but with the pandemic and introducing the carousel it was hard to go there having to get bus on edsa beundia st. With full buses and other places with buses cancelled from going there from novaliches Now
it's a big improvement now there's carousel buses going to pitx which go there now you can cross to McKinley bridge to catch carousel bus going to monumento
There's also MRT Ayala access with escolaters stairs leading from Ayala one terminal building
It Can get very crowded buses going to binan pacita complex balibago Laguna and pitx but at least you have chance to get a seat than standing on the bus like sardines.could do with little improvement s more seating chairs and more buses for rush hours but up for me and there's clean toilets too and good security

3 star because still need more improvements. Yet still one of the best terminal i've ever been.

Much friendlier and safe for the passengers.

Before, you had to walk, along with hundreds of students/office worker, from Makati Station to Buendia or Guada just so you can ride the overloaded bus to Binan. Now.it is slightly better. There are powder-rooms/restrooms for the travelers just in front of where the busses load ~very clean and spacious. There were police officers assisting travelers with their things plus there was an information desks. The terminal was well-lit, secured and has cctvs so no need to be scared of snatchers/thieves. There are room for improvements (add more waiting chairs per bay for sr. Citizens and more busses during rush hours) but i will give justice where it is due. They did well. Baby steps, hopefully for greater and better Philippines.
