Purchased from them a few weeks ago and so far got no problem with the second hand and brand new parts alike. Good customer service rendered by the Technicians who built and tested the computer parts. They were very helpful.

However I've been intentionally hanged up on or my call was dropped several times when I was trying to inquire about item replacement. There was this one lady who wasnt very accomodating in person and who I also believe the one I previously spoke with. She sounded impatient. I cant name her but my experience with her was not that good. Apart from that, everything about this store is good to great. Im only leaving 1 star unticked because of that incident.

Great place for all your PC and Laptop needs. They have a wide range of brand new as well as 2nd hand items, so you can pick the items you want based on your budget. I have been buying from them for years. My office laptop is from them and so are my PCs in my office. I send all my PCs for troubleshooting to them. Very friendly staff who are always ready to help.

Since 2008, all my desktop pc and other gadgets and cctv that i purchased from openpinoy it is still working. My com shop is still alive and kicking but sorry its stll close bec of pandemic covid 19. Thanks openpinoy. Bussiness as usual.

Korean surplus computers, monitors, laptops and smartphones. Affordable price. Thay have brand new PCs too. You can ask their tech if you have a specific computer build in consideration. There are lots of good used/refurbished computer parts. Best to visit the shop in Greenhills. They also have branch in Mandaluyong and a CCTV shop in Makati Ave.

Got my 1st ever Iphone 5s 64 GB (second hand) from them for a very reasonable price and definitely in good condition:) All staff were attentive, friendly and accomodating esp during inquiry and ensure that there will be no problem after the purchase. I will highly recommend this store for those who are looking for pre owned mobile gadgets. PS thank u for the freebies and good customer service:)

Thanks a lot Open Pinoy for destroying my i7 which worth a freaking 40k+a. So much for applying thermal grease and "No problem sir! " eh? What a useless shameless worthless store. If you have problem with your computer, don't go here, you will have no problem at all since the computer will be completely broken in the first place. After they fixed your computer, it will be as good as chair to sit on.

Most of the phones here are second hand. Some are okay to use but most are not. Even the sales doesnt know if a phone does have a hidden issue. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Staff is very helpful and the shop is spacious, has lots of items in display. Just wish they have more brands.
