Never go here. From Guards who are very rude at the lobby ER and very slow processing of documents to procedure. Nako never bring your loved ones here. Try ACE or St. Luke's pinakamalapit.

Grabe sobrang tagal ng waiting time! Kulang ang doctor mag isa lang nakaduty sa treatment area! Samantalang dami nakapila alas 1: 30pm pako nandito 4: 19pm na di padin tinawag pangalan ko. Jusko!

September 1 2023 around 6pm. Nagpainjection lang naman ng gamot para sa allergy tapos yung bill 9: 50pm na wala pa rin. Nagpirma naman na ng waiver na d na mag stay sa ospital at d n magpapaobserve pero wala pa rin yung bill. Ang sabi priority daw yung urgent, next follow up ang reason naman madami daw patient.next follow up ang reason nanaman inooberbahan pa. Mapapahayp ka nalang talaga. Hi Goodmorning ganyan ba talaga pruseso niyo sa osmak? Alam naman namin na maraming nakukuhang benefits mga taga makati sa ospital na yan pero sana inaalagaan lahat nang pasyente hindi yung alam niyo at nakikita niyo nang malala na lagay nang pasyente papaasahin niyo pa mga pa follow up follow up check up na yan? Sobra naman na siguro yung mga follow up check up nang nanay ko sainyo na wala naman nangyayare sasabihan niyong mag palakas yung tao satingin niyo magiging malakas ba siya kung malala na yung lagay niya? Kung wala na talagang pag asa yung lagay niya deretsyuhin niyo di yung papabalik balik niyo pa yung pasyente alam niyo namang mahina na, kahit ipa experience niyo lang yung chemo sa kanya malay natin doon lang talaga lalakas yung nanay ko!
In my recent experiences with the healthcare service, I have been extremely dissatisfied. While there are some nurses and doctors who have shown competence and provided good care, the overall organization and management of the facility have been highly chaotic. The entrance and exits are disorganized, with frequent changes that lack consistency. This not only creates confusion for patients but also adds unnecessary stress during an already challenging time.
Moreover, the strictness and enforcement of rules often appear excessive and out of context. While certain guidelines and protocols are necessary for patient safety, it is essential for healthcare providers to exercise judgment and compassion when enforcing them. Patients should not be subjected to unnecessary stress and discomfort due to rigid interpretations of these guidelines.
As a public hospital, it is crucial to prioritize effective communication and streamlined processes. While the constraints of limited resources and high patient volumes may present challenges, it is still possible to create an environment that is more organized, compassionate, and patient-centric.
I urge the management and administration of the public hospital to address these concerns promptly. Improving the entrance and exit procedures, ensuring consistency, and fostering a culture of compassionate care can make a significant difference in the overall patient experience. Patients who rely on public healthcare deserve to receive quality care and feel respected throughout their journey.
I hope that my feedback, along with the experiences of other dissatisfied patients, will be taken into consideration to drive positive changes within the public hospital. Sabi ko masakit right lower BACK ko tapos nalaman lang na nireregla ako sa OB ER na ako pinunta. Doctor din sa triage di marunong sa prioritization. Mamamatay na yung tao sa sakit, naisingit niya pa pagkuha ng informed consent ng ibang pasyente. Tapos ang gusto pa ninyo pumila yung naka wheelchair na hirap sa paghinga at hirap sa sakit. Ano pinipilaan namin? Yung mga nakatayo na may rashes? Ano to? Walang silbi prioritization sa board exam? Para nalang ba to sa survival niyo ng 12hr shift? Tangina lods. Mahiya naman kayo na naka PRC License. Nag oath taking din kayo diba? Waiting nalang ba tayo for resuscitation para ma prioritize? Di naman ako nainform na first come first serve basis na pala ang basis niyo sa prioritization. Awit

Ilang oras ka paghihintayin tapos wala pa din palang result, magbabayad na lang sobrang tagal pa din
Disappointed, frustrated, exhausted. That's how I feel when my sister was confined to that hospital. Almost all the security guard are very rude to all visitors. Especially in the main entrance of the hospital. The lady guard that I talked to is so rudeeeee. As in literal walang manners! I can't believe they treat all the people who is trying to enter the hospital with no respect. I was about to process my sister's paper so she can get out and they won't let me enter because they need to call the ward where my sister is but didn't even bother to call. They let me wait outside and wait for them to do it whenever they feel to. I even asked them nicely. That's how they treat the makatizens who is paying taxes for the makati. Pwe! I will never ever step foot to that hospital again. I would rather die than going to that hospital. The guards are rude and doctors think they own the hospital.
It's been more than 5 hours already. My girlfriend is pregnant and currently has vaginal bleeding which is an indication that she may be having a miscarriage. We arrived at the hospital 2AM. She also has cough and colds and the doctor attending her advised to get swabbed first because of COVID. Getting swab tested first is very understandable due to the current COVID guidelines but she didn't get swabbed until the 4th hour we're here. Doctors and the staff are very unprofessional. They ignore questions and will shrug you off. There is no proper waiting area for companions. Mosquitoes are everywhere. ER admittance is terrible and very slow. There is no systemic process or whatsoever on how they receive patients. Experience from this hospital is the worst.
Hospital is clean and sanitized. Pero sana maging approachable si Dra. Go of OB ER with her patients. We get that our frontliners get tired too. But not on the extent na kailangan magalit agad sa patient kahit di pa nakakaupo para kausapin. I experienced it by myself na I was rushed to ER and pagkatawag sakin sobra na agad ung pagsusungit niya. Patients are not coming to you kung walang nararamdaman esp na buntis ung humaharap sayo. If may personal issues siya, sana di niya na binubuhos ung inis at galit niya s mundo sa mga pasyente niya.

My family went there at 7: 30 pm and discharge at 4: 00 am.
It is only Xray for my child nothing more and less.
Also the Pediatrics are not approachable, then always ignore us in every time we ask for advice.
Worst hospital I have encountered also worst Pediatrics.
Yes totoo po mabagal ang out patient nila. Pero Sa ER nila two thumbs up ako.naalala ko pa 2017 isinugod asawa ko dahil sa heart attack.pati guard tumakbo dala ang wheelchair salubong sa amin pagkapasok sa ER nawalan heart beat ang asawa ko in 20 min.pero dahil sa.mabilis kumilos doctor, nurses mga staff nila kaya na revived asawa ko.tapos ang bait ng mga doctor and nurses lht ng staff at maggling sila at may alam sila pag may tanong ka.evry night nakikita ko mga doctors.and intern nag case presentation sila.ang daming mga intern from different school.kaya kung gusto nyo quality of health service OSMAK the best.at tsaka mura, at pag may yellow card 00 ang payment
Grabe may schedule naman ng follow up check up.kahapon pumunta jan biyenan ko nag grab sila ng asawa ko balikan 800.tapos cancel kc holiday daw.gumastos ng pamasahe walang nangyari.pinabalik ng guard kinabukasan sigurado n daw.bumalik ngayon Aug 25,2022 thursday tapos sasabihin wala yung doctor n nagpabalik sa biyenan ko.namamaga ang paa.hindi nyo man lang tinignan kung ok pa yung paa kahit magkaiba ng doctor.sasabihin nyo lang tuloy ang gamot.may record naman po yan last check up pwede mo tignan at basahin yung report doctor k naman alam mo dapat gawin sa mga ganyan.ang masama lang yung mga pasyente na MALALAYO NAGHAHANAP NG PERA PARA MAKARATING SA INYO TAPOS HINDI NYO MAN LANG SINURI SA ABOT NG IYONG KAKAYAHAN KC DOCTOR KA NAMAN PARA LANG MALAMAN MO NARIN BAKIT ANG LAKI NG PAA NG PASYENTE. WAG SANA DUMATING ANG ARAW N YUNG KALAGAYAN NG BIYENAN KO MAGING KALAGAYAN NYO.re schedule lang ginawa mo.ayusin nyo nalang para sa may maraming nangangailangan ng serbisyong totoo at serbisyong tunay. 800 bayad s grab wala n naman nangyari.binigyan nyo lang ng papel yung biyenan ko para sa reschedule ng check up nya.hahana ulit kami ng P800 pang grab sa next check up nya.sana maisip nyo gumagastos din kami wag nyo ipasok s isip nyo n libre ang osmak.may iba pang ginagastos ang pasyente.sana ayusin nyo jan.nasasayang pera sa pamasahe kaya nakakaasar tapos walang nangyari.
Poor service! Palibhasa hindi pansin sa panlabas na nahihirapan! Pero sa totoo lang namimiliit na sa sakit! Napaka tagal ng serbisyo!
Ung mga doctor sa emergency kulang kulang sa pag exam dapat ngpapalab sila completo hnd nila nacheck lahat ngaun may bagon sintomas ung pamangkin ko, nosebleeding at rashes. Sabi constipation lang.pinagexam ng ihi at xray. D manlang knuhaan ng dugo ngaun ulit na naman. Dapat completo na. Sinasayang nyo ung oras ng tao ng.aalala kami sa kapamilya namin. Nakakaasar. Lalo na nasa ibang bansa ka wala kang magawa. Doble ung pg.aalala. Mga doktor dyan dpat mag.aral nalang ulit.
