3I appreciate that everyone of the staff is approachable and helpful. First time to experience feeling of workers that happy to serve from a government office. I suggest for the office to provide wifi since some of their transactions are need to be done online. Also, they should still entertain people who are already there to register despite not having it done online first. Otherwise, it's a waste of time and transportation cost to go there knowing on the spot you still need to wait around 3days after online registration. One of the guards also told me it's already cut off for the loyalty card transactions but luckily I was still given a number from the information counter and was processed. Lastly, I did not see any sign outside that there is a Pag-ibig office inside the building. We just knew because we searched online beforehand. Over all, it's a nice experience and I recommend this branch.
