Pan Pacific Manila

Pan Pacific Manila now named Sheraton Manila Bay, but it doesn’t located along Manila Bay, it’s located at Adriatico corner Malvar street very near Robinson Manila Place

I was honoured to stay at Pan Pacific Manila many years ago and I have fond memories of the Hotel. The food was outstanding and I loved the pool, in which I swimed so much. The staff we're wonderful and they helped me with lost baggage (from the airport and everything).

Great people and top Hotel!

We stay there yesterday Aug. 10 one night. Nice room, clean, perfect. Staff is very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay there & we love to come back again. Definitely 5 star.

Fantastic Hotel, which will soon be taken over by Marriots and will be called the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel.
All the staff are very welcoming and are very happy to help you with anything.
Breakfast has a very good wide choice to choose from and is really good. Dinner in the Pacific Lounge is wonderful and there are themed nights which are very very good.
We had an Executive room upgrade, which was lovely and a really comfortable bed with great pillows. Bathroom had a full sized bath and a separate shower which was great to wake to.
I have planned to get married here in October 2019 and I know the Hotel staff will take care of everything for us, on our Big Day.
Come to the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel and get treated like Royalty.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff are nice and accomodating. I see children mostly spend their time on the pool which is quite ok. Would be much better though if they can add in some facilities for children in order to cater for the whole family. Overall it was a good experience.

Currently staying for 2 nights, awesome view, awesome accomodation, everything is awesome! Though the pool isn't that big.
Food is awesome! You'll just need to get everything for yourself, as the choices are exhausting

The only negative thing that gives it away is the somewhat, unsafe streets surrounding the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Food and drinks are offensively priced. We paid nearly $45 Aud for 2 Bombay Gin and sodas. Other places it was about $15 for the same thing. Breakfast buffet is amazing (although the bacon was stone cold) but overall the food is ordinary. We ordered a steak sandwich and chicken wings ($50 Aud). The steak was 3 tiny (you have no idea how tiny) pieces, dry, tough and covered/drowned in mayo so that is all you could taste. The fries were cold and the chicken wings were not great either. Would not stay here again. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel cheated us, we were charged twice for our stay in our credit card bill. We were told at the checkout that refund will be issued but that dint happen.

What can I say but THANK YOU! I use PP in Manila on my last nights b 4 leaving Phils, I'm usually exhausted from the heat & humidity after 3-4 weeks & amazingly I never have a reservation, they always come through, this time I was quite sick when I arrived at the desk & consequently even more whipped, great food down stairs at the Japanese restaurant really helped me regain some strength miso soup u know! Any way I needed to stay after check out time because my flight was much later delayed (5) hours 2 b exact! & they not only gave me plenty of time in room but they allowed me to use pool area for rest & more good food, AGAIN YOU CAME THROUGH FOR ME & AFTER 10 YEARS OF COMING THANK YOU! U HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN! GOD BLESS U ALL

Very modern hotel in a great location. The rooms are nice and very clean. Staff are helpfull and know what they are doing. Security is over average.
Restaurant at the top floor gives you a fantastic view of the city and the bay. Great experience!

A great place to stay if you want to be near the newly refurbished seafront promenade and Malate nightlife. Elegant and spacious rooms, good places to eat in the adjacent mall, adequate security and a very accommodating staff.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, great experienced. They gave me an extraordinary room the time i arrived that i didn't expect of course. I will always looking forward to stay again in this hotel when i visit the Philippines for sure. The workers are all fantastic. This is the 2nd hotel i saw that have a good and nice staff, facilities and good foods to taste oan pacific is perfect for me. Good job Pan Pacific!

The Pan Pacific is a beautiful hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean, with fantastic views over the city and down to the pool. The pool was beautiful, especially around dusk and never crowded.

What a nice hotel, good staff, good food, great huge rooms and equally huge bathrooms with an great view, close to some nice shopping malls and i felt so comfortable that I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone even who tend to have cynical opinions to hotel business!

Was very pleased with the hotel's room's and facilities. Despite being a relatively small establishment compared to other lodging companies around Metro Manila, I found that Pan Pacific is far better than most of them in terms of products and services

Bar near the pool is relaxing and not crowded. Perfect if you like lounging outdoors at night, hanging out with friends or by yourself.

Service was great. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We stayed for 9 nights and had a wonderful time.

From the moment I entered the hotel doors, the staff made a very good impression as they warmly welcomed my family and I. The staff were very accommodating and approachable. 11/10 Rating for Pan Pacific Manila. Will surely visit again and recommend it to my peers
