Nanggaling pa akong Vigan, sampaloc dapat ang baba ko, napaka nice po binaba nila ako sa Cubao. Hindi po ako pumayag ang ending hinatid nila ako sa sampaloc kahit isa lang akong pasahero sa bus.

No available provincial bus trips as of this pandemic but cargo trips are available. The terminal is open for Cargo Related Operations. Available monday to sunday.

Very dissapointed! Cancelled our advanced booking going back to Manila on that day (May 12) due to rediculous reasons (that all of their staffs are going to vote this 2019 election). They dont even inform us ahead of time so that we arrange our trip going back to Manila to other bus company. If you have other option book your trip to another bus company.

Great service. Frequent with their shipping services through bus and never did I encounter any problem.

Extremely slow transportation. Drivers keep picking up customers on the route that shouldn't even be on the bus. My guess is so they can pocket the fair completely for this. Just very discouraging. A 7 hour trip is mounting to well over 13 hours. No bathroom and a very uncomfortable cramped up ride.

The place doesn't look like a terminal. It looks like a garage. Other bus companies in Sampaloc have better terminal stations.

Worst ever, we were locked up inside the bus because door was stuck. Won't recommend to others!
