Their ground level was newly renovated for a more convenient and inviting look.
I only come here if I need a quick medical check or Rx for some medicine to clear my ailments otherwise I’d rather go to a hospital’s ER nearby for a thorough check up.

Doctor was late in appointment, had to wait for an hour, and he didn't even bother checking the injury itself. Although it was only minor, I immediately went to the clinic for an urgent care/first aid but received none. And even after consultation, I received no treatment for the injury. Just a prescription based on what I think the injury is, adviced for x ray and that's it. So I had a second opinion from another clinic, and when they checked the swelling was so bad and asked why there's no first aid treatment applied Very unprofessional for Patient First. Eyes on the money only just because I have HMO and for the sake of "may masabi lang".

Nurses and doctors are very accomodating! Diagnostic tests are affordable. I gladly recommend this clinic.thumbs up

This clinic has gotten way worst than it already is.my mom went there to have another check up.lo and behold they said that they no longer have my mother's medical history. YES, they do not keep records of your medical history mind you the last time my mom went there was just 6 mos ago and they no longer have her result. What kind of clinic who doesn't keep records of their client.so no I do not recommend this clinic, added to this is their waiting time it'll take you hours to get checked even if you went there early all of the staff there are disorganized says different things everytime you asked them.so don't bother going to this clinic it's just a waste of time and money!

I got an excellent service yesterday from the doctor, medtech, nurses and clerk and the guard. They are all extending their service to patients. Keep it up.

Poor customer service, their laboratory management is poor to, they don't prioritize people who fasted for blood extraction

First of all, the facilities for first screening is very inconvenient - its beside the road and with masks and face shields and vehicle noises, nurses and patients literally have to shout at each other to be heard. The waiting time is understandable but the nurses could be a little accommodating instead of giving instructions then turning their back right away. The one who extracted my blood is very sweet and nice so kudos to you, Nurse! The highlight of my bad experience is the DOCTOR, oh my god, the rudest doctor I've met to date. I felt like I was being interrogated by a police officer instead of a empathetic doctor. Only reason why I went to the clinic is because of the proximity. Its really disappointing that its also the worst clinic you'll ever go to.

Long wait time. 2 to 3 hrs wait time and even longer. Horrendous. Unfriendly nurses. Extraction nurses are incompetent as well. Had several blood extractions and they had to extract blood twice from both of my arms bec they weren't able to get the correct vein for several occasions already. Though Rehab peeps are great and super accommodating as well as the guard, but I would still give a 1-star review.

We kept on following up before they take action. Staff are not proactive and it seems like they does not have sense of urgency.

It shows they open 24 hrs and i went there in the middle of the night cause i am ill.but what i have found the information here is incorrect and they are closed.not 24 hrs.i felt more ill

Your neighborhood clinic if you are from sikatuna, teachers and UP Village. Nurses are friendly. Even the guards. No negative comment for their staff. I suggest to call their number first before going to the clinic though as they have limited pedia or OB sometimes.

They have a professional staff. The lab tests are fast. Fecalysis and urinalysis results were released in about an hour.

They have a small waiting area at the first floor with a TV for entertainment and information. The waiting area at the second floor could use the same.
