They will sell you units quoting that it's "best" to buy from them because the service center is the same place. But it's not, total waste of time and energy. Would quadruple check their terms before buying if I were you.

This is the only computer store I buy anything from. If they don't have it, I don't need it. These guys are aces.

Cashier is very rude as in.nag pakita ako ng 2 valid id umid at driver license and then she still decline my card kasi hindi daw kamukha ang signature ko! Wala daw akong supporting doc na ako un.my credit card is maiden name pa! All my ids was change na.so anung gusto mong supporting docs? Ngbigay ako ng ibang cards pero ngbago icp kong bilhin ung item so cancel na lng.i dont want to deal anymore! First time ko mahumilate ng ganun! May god! Never again! Pangit kausap ng mga staff nila!

pc express market market!

Ninakaw nila ung Powersupply 80+ gold. Pinagawa ko ung desktop PC ko kasi ayaw bumukas. Nung dinala namin sa PC Express megamall (hindi dun sa PCX Mobile), bumukas ng walang problema. Tapos sabi sa akin, "sir hindi namin ito ginagawa ng basta basta, pero pwede niyo iwan at titignan namin kung ano ang pwede namin gawin". Nagtiwala ako kasi "PC EXPRESS" ito. Iniwan ko at binalikan. Pagbalik ko napansin kong nagiba ung power supply ko. Sinabi ko to sa mga kasama ko sa pagdala ng desktop ko, pero sabi nila baka raw naiwan ko lang sa bahay. So nagbayad na lang ako ng "fee" kasi ginawa nila pero di naman nila trabaho. Never ko nang nakita ung 80+ Gold kong PSU sa bahay. May mga kaibigan rin akong naloko na sa mga ganito, tulad ng nawawala ung mga screw sa laptop at ung mga maliliit na pagbabago. Di na ako magpaparepair dito.

Horrible customer experience and horrible prices. Staff doesn't feel very knowledgeable too
I asked for a quote in person and it still wasn't done after going to other shops for more than 30 mins. I also asked for parts recommendations only to be answered by the rep in an annoyed tone.

So nag pa build ako ng PC nila dito this Feb 28, their staff during that time was superb as in professional, kudos kay kuya sa nag assemble ng PC ko kase ang bilis, walang palya, worth it yung 500 assembly fee.okay namn experience ko sakanila that day from quotation, pero reason why im giving this store a one star review is because, aside sa customer support nyo na walang kwenta - nag tatanong lang ako ng simple pero hindi nyo ako mabigyan ng sagot, kung pwede ba na dalhin ko yung video card nalang instead na dalhin yung buo pc kase balak kong palitan at i-upgrade yung nabili ko na video card na GT 1030 d4 2g, sabe ng MGA (yes kase 2 na nakausap ko) CS support nila sa viber is to contact the store directly.sana diba alam nyo yon as protocol kase CS nga kayo diba. I tried calling the store from 9am to 12, walang sagot, nag text ako, wala ni reply.pero nakausap ko ulet sila ng exactly 1: 15pm.

So nakausap ko na sila and sabe raw na PWEDE dalhin lang kahit yung videocard as long as with receipt at maganda pa condition (walang signs of gasgas or dumi). Nasa loob pa naman ng 3 day warranty yung videocard ko na pwedeng ma replace. When I ASKED if ano pwede na specs/ model ang ipalit/ change item with max budget na 17k, sabe nila yung GTX 1060 raw pero amounting to 16,750 raw yung price.

HINDI PORKET NAG PROVIDE AKO NG BUDGET RANGE, YUN NA YUNG BASIS NG VC NA KAILANGAN KO.nahiya pa kayong sabihing 17k flat yung GTX 1060, tf.so I think sa mga tech/ computer enthusiast, God knows, walang almost 17k worth na 1060 ngayon SPECIALLY ang naka indicate na sa website nyo is 12,500 lang yung 1060 ti nyo na gigabyte.

SANA NA RECORD KO YUNG PHONE CONVO NAMEN as proof.naputol na yung call, dismayed ako, disappointed, may pang dagdag naman ako kaya nga ako nag ask kung anong pwedeng ipalit pero to the point na gusto nyo gipitin customers nyo?

hindi nila sinabe ito pero pwede nilang sabihin as reasoning is "dEpEnDe p0 kasE sa dEmAnd" or "NaG iiBa po KaSe PriCe nya". Dont give me this B$ kase pinag hirapan kong mag ipon at at mag ka PC, alam ko kalakaran ng pag hhussle pero grabe naman kayo.ang mahal na nga ng videocard, ganto pa kayo?

Lesson learned rin saken and to those na gusto mag build ng PC:
1.pag bibili, make sure na may specs on mind na kayo - sabe ko kase pang photoshop, I asked for recommendation, akala ko pwede na yon, yun kaseng VC yung pinilit, sana naman at least be honest, hindi yung maka benta lang kayo.
2. Wag mag bibigay ng budget/ max price ng gusto nyong graphics card sakanila, kase nalalaro nila yung price.
3. WAG NA KAYO BUMILI SA PCEXPRESS.

First time ko pa naman magka PC, pero grabe.sayang Php 5,750 worth ko na VC sainyo, never again!

PS: sa may ari ng branch na to, wala po akong galit sa staff nyo, questionable lang po yung "boss" nung pinag tatanunang ng nakausap ko kanina sa PCExpress Mobile via phone - dinig ko lahat question ng staff sa boss at vice versa.

FYI. Gigabyte GeForce 1030 Low Profile D4 2G yung nakuha ko sakanila worth Php 5,750.00. Pang photoshop ba to tapos ang mahal? Go figure.

Not recommended to purchase items here.
You cannot purchase peripherals for upgrade here unless you bought previous machine here which is annoying (they will ask you for receipts and if it still within warranty). There are other store around where you can buy what you need.

I purchased a laptop last feb 15,2020 when i received my bill it turned out that it was double charged.i wasnt able to file a complain yet.till now still unsettled due to lockdown.so stressfull.cant sleep well thingking those charges.i will not recomend my friends and family members to buy again.

The Sold Asus X560U to my Aunty, they already the device is already defective before hand, memory is at 100% Ram is at 93% without using any of the software, yet. Take note we haven't installed anything yet, i only use Paint to check, the cursor is unresponsive, opening new tab, software and everything takes an hour.just for exaggeration. Now I am going there to get your explanation, para lang kumita kayo yung last stock nyo defective aakitin nyo ng mabulaklak na salita nyo, palibhasa di maalam yung bumili?

I bought 70k pesos worth of laptop on Friday, part of it was 250 pesos worth of steam giftcard
I went back on sunday and they made excuse that they gave it away. Bad costumer care and prices higher than other shops 15 feet away.
Built my pc somewhere else the next day.

PC express is (in my opinion) the most popular Computer Shop in the Philippines. They have almost all of the PC components you're looking for, new and previous generations. They get the latest tech months after the release. However, its also a bit more expensive to buy PC components here if you will compare it to the other PC shops.
