Terrible customer service
30-Aug - I inquired about PC Cleaning and rewiring, they told me their technician was on lunch-break and I should call after 15-20 minutes. Called again within that time, then they said their technician already went home.
01-Sept - I tried contacting them again, they said that their technician stepped-out for a minute and I should just leave my contact details and they'll call me back, they didn't.
03-Sept - Again, I inquired.but this time they said they can do the service. I told them I'll be going there on Sunday, they agreed to it.
05-Sept - Just to make sure, I called them again to ask where their technician is.and guess what? Their technician is on Day-off.
Good thing I inquired first, it's a 10km trip to go to their store.
If I could rate it at 0-stars, I would.
Don't go here.
