Very cozy patients's lounge; warm, friendly and very accommodating staff; excellent eye doctors.

Doctors are excellent. Booking staff just kicked me out of my schedule cause of company outing on March 2022. Don't know why owners would allow an official outing during a pandemic.

Dr. PikSha Chan Uy had been my daughter’s and the whole family’s eye doctor since 2001. All through the years she had been an excellent doctor for us aside from her very professional and at the same time caring and warm personality.

The booking on the website is weird you need to choose office and doctor even tho its impossible for you to know who is just looking for their service.
When you send them a normal mail and specific request them to reply by mail they text you by phone.

You need to ask the same question several times before they answer it and trying to hide the estimated price to avoid scaring away costumers.it simply was impossible for me to make an appointment and gain simple knowledge of what to expect.conversation
Them: "Good dat mr.xxx this is Maureen of peregrine Eye and Laser Institute.how may i help you regarding your email? "

(Stating that they read the email yet did not provide the answers to what was inside it nor replied by mail as requested)

Me: "Hi i would like to make an appointment for screening and hopefully be a good candidate for lasik (or what is is called) if possible screening and operation the same day to avoid the far travel"

Them: "For screening procedure it takes 2 hours and as for lasik surgery it depends on the result of the screening"

(avoiding the same day question and that i already stated i know the operation depends on the result)

Me: "Yeah i know the operation method depends on the result.is it possible to do on the same day? And what is the estimated price range? "

Them: "Screening is 3960php for both eyes"

(ignoring stating the price range and again if its possible to do the same day)

Me: "Yes thats only for screening but im more question about the total pricerange for the procedure.
And once again can i do it the same day and do you have any available time in beginning of march? "

Them "price range 63-133k both eyes.no different sheldue"

(did not answer if they had available time in march.all of this was asked in the first email i sent)

Premium eye care center, from front desk to the ophthalmologist. Everyone was very professional and directed my mom and I to a holistic eye check up experience.

Very professional and helpful staff. Dr Harvey Uy answers all queries and I went to have my surgeries very well informed and I really appreciate this. After the surgery, the staff explains all the post op medications required. They even do follow up calls to make sure you're recovering nicely. Thank you Dr Harvey. My life changed with this operation as I was myopic for more than 40 years and then started to get presbyopia as well. Now everything is clear when i wake up ️?

Currently undergoing treatment by a Retina Specialist at the institute, Dr. Harvey Uy. Facility definitely deserves a 5 star rating for highly trained Personnel and State of the Art Equipment

Overall satisfying services, from the front desk, nurse till the doctor. They are so helpful. The place is nice with a good ambience. Keep it up! Recommended!

Very organized system. Excellent staff and very well trained. Most of all Doc harvey is the one of the best and very experienced in this field. Highly recommended.
