Great service for visa applications. Got my Japan visa approved after 1 week and they would text you once it's ready for pick-up. Staff is accommodating and will thoroughly check your documents before sending it for application.

Better to drop by during weekdays to avoid crowds. They also mentioned that processing usually takes 7-10 working days.

Very bad experience with Megamall branch. My friend and I submitted documents to get a Korean visa last week of August, and we were told that because of the surge in applicants, they will only be able to file it Sept 6. When we called on Sept 6 to confirm if they had filed our applications, they said that my friend's visa is for releasing already BUT they DID NOT file my application yet even though we submitted same day, just minutes apart!

When I first called to get an explanation, they weren't even sure where my documents were. I had to call the next day and they said that yes, my application still wasn't filed, and they couldn't give me any assured date when they will be able to do so. They kept telling me they would update me with anything but they didn't. I had to be the one to repeatedly call just to get any news, and it's so hard to contact their number, too.

When I asked them why they filed my companion's application but not mine, they said "Ganon po talaga minsan, may random na naiuuna. ", but when I asked if in case an earlier slot comes up if I would be next, no daw. No sense! NOBODY apologized to me for the inconvenience and stress, they attitude towards me when I was asking for explanations is parang ako pa yung mali, and in the end I had to withdraw my documents because they still couldn't give me any reliable date they would be able to file my application. They kept insisting that they told me filing was Sept 6 ONWARDS when they did NOT tell me that (they said they would file our documents Sept 6 period).

I couldn't find any other agency who still had slots for our intended travel date, and by then the embassy had released a cut-off date for non-agency walk-ins, so I had to line up overnight at the embassy just so I can file my application.

This agency help. Me a lot. On my 1st last 2018 and 2nd last 2019 which my travel sched is 2020. The staff was so accomodating. And help me a lot with my documents. I recommended this than the other Travel agency. That just do erase my error and never dare to ask me to replace it the reason i got denied in my Japan attempt.

We needed to rebook. We call them 50 times E mailed went back to their office which was supposed to be open. But no matter how hard You try or how important it is to You. You wont get any help money and trip flushed!

Wrote my name wrong on an online booking and couldn't connect with the help staff online to fix it. Went into the store and Judi (member of staff) fixed it for me no problem.

Very bad service. Never booking with them again. Until now I still cannot do mybrefund online! Been talking to AVA. Then AVA transfers me to AllStar. Then it will say too busy! Ugh!

I was about to apply for my second Japan Tourist Visa there (my first one was applied and granted thru a different, more expensive agency), this time also applying my mom's visa, and I am very disappointed with the staff.

I came in prepared with all the necessary documents stated in the Japan Embassy website, and the staff kept on asking where is this-and-that document when the documents in question are already right there in front of them. They didn't bother to check how complete the documents actually are, and how recent they are. Not to mention the staff in question is rude and unfriendly, and dismissed the documents as if they're incomplete, when in fact they didn't even check properly and just lazily skimmed through them.

Thank goodness they were not satisfied with what I brought, so I had the reason to just not continue my application with them.

TL;DR: Maraming hinihingi, pero hindi naman nache-check ng maayos. Masungit pa yung staff. Apply in another agency instead.

Worst experience ever. My flight was from Masbate to Manila, but they change the destination to Cebu without no passengers willing. Suppose we should arrive on 8 am Manila, then catch our next international flight; instead, they stop by Cebu at 8am, and then we waited till 12 noon and finally arrive Manila on almost 2 pm. We missed our next international flight and what they offered is a stupid 180 peso worth of breackfast. They also lied and explained it's due to the weather, but the truth is, their booking from Cebu to Manila was too few, so what they do was trasnfer Masbate passengers to Cebu, then let us join the flight from Cebu to Manila, to fill up the flight emptiness to save them airport landing cost. Entire trip we have to check in twice, and waiting at a big line of angry passengers. Important thing is that weather condition was totally okay, it is proven when I got back to Manila and talk to the tower. They lied, and disgrace customers right. A very aweful and unethical enterprise they are.
