The place is not crowded it has a big parking space. The office staff were friendly and cooperative. The fee for certificate transfer of ownership is just right and it was delivered to me after 2 working days.

Much more easier to deal directly with PCCI staffs even thru phone calls and email. If there's any concerns regarding my pending application they wont hesitate to text me for some corrections.

It took me 55min to finish my transaction re: transfer of ownership. I think it should have been a lot faster, sa, it won't take no more than 15min to finish such transaction. However, the receptionists/cashiers are friendly.

The staff are great but they need to further explain some details for their first timers to avoid confusion. The website is also not user friendly and should upgrade for a better one.

Went here twice but it was not fast for me both times. Had to wait more than thirty minutes before my number was called. The office is spartan with metal seats so it's not that comfy but AC was strong during my two visits. Parking is supe- limited so if you don't have a driver, be warned. This review is not a review of the PCCI as a club (they are THE number 1 dog-pedigree guys in the country) but a review of their registration office.

Staff are great. Cues can be long but, staff know how to expedite processing to serve people in a timely fashion. Parking can be a problem.

Talking about Pedigree listing of your pet dogs and dog shows held by canine enthusiasts and you refer to PCCI. The one of the oldest if not the oldest canine club in the Philippines and recognized internationally.

Fast and organized processing. Parking may sometimes be a problem though. Try asking the security guards for assistance, mabait sila. They helped me out and gave me a very nice parking space even though others were double parking along the rode.
