This is the hospital where my husband was confined 6mos ago and treatment. We have a wonderful experience for he was being treated very well.

My father was hospitalized in this hospital in early of 2017 and they did a great job! Thanks to Dr Manapat and Dr Ho. To all the staff who helped him recover - God Bless!

Pretty much go there monthly to buy my maintenance medicines from their pharmacy. Waiting times can be long with their new July 2023 procedures where the 4th floor pharmacy only takes cash and card sales. The 1st floor only takes GL transaxtions and only entertains cash transactions at 4pm daily. Senior discounts are applied for 30day supplies only.

Paid nothing almost 3.2million pesos thanks to malasakit program and my charity anonymous sponsor from Philippine heart center charity program. Almost a month in hospital from secondary pneumothorax and open heart surgery procedure and it all went well. Nurses are good but others have some attitude problem hospitality is a must sana sa lahat ng nurses.

Rude guards. Ung iba pinapalampas pag itsurang may kaya, pag basta basta suot mo di ka papasukin. Worst guards sa lahat ng hospital mula sa OPD down to every department.

Don’t you have any plans of improving your admission process? It takes so long to admit patient, considering direct admission.we started admission process at 9am, i had my antigen done which took 3hours to release the result, in some hospital this takes 15-20mins only…then we headed back again to admitting and we were told to wait again for so many hours just to tell us how much will we pay for the deposit…My god, can you do something to improve this process? …its already almost 6pm and still we are not yet admitted to our room.

Mahirap ang parking dito sa harap. Pwede dito ay drop off lang. Ang parking neto ay sa Matalino Street side. Pero antayan. Patience is a virtue.

Fast procedure. Everyone is polite in comparison to other government facilities.

Nurse And doctors are good And kind.from step 1 til clinic they are all good, entertain well the opd patient.thank you Philippine Heart center.

Ganyan ba kabastos ang mga secretary ng mga doktor diyan? Sabihan ba naman ako na wag magtetext sa gabi at wag weekends dahil off daw niya yon. Ganyan pala kayo trumato ng mga pasyente niyo? Tinalo niyo pa yung Doktor. At take note, minor po yung pasyente.

One-Stop-Shop (ECG & 2DEcho) has large waiting area with new comfortable gang chairs... Excellent service for medical/cardiographics/staff/receotionist.
With exception to the guard (male wearing white Polo long sleeve), they are very sarcastic in dealing with the patient.
I hope they do not but in when the receptionist is talking with the patient. While the receptionist is very accomodating, the "guard" is destructing the work of receptionist.

Unfriendly to candidates upon application. Only in this company that charges applicants with testing fees. Why charge them for fees when the obvious reason is they have no jobs and are applying for a job in your vacancies. Pathetic palakasan system LOL.

One of the best specialty hospitals in the country. The room that I was in, though semi-private was very clean and looked like a private room. A/Cs were super duper cold that will give you the chills. Downside is they have a one companion policy whereas the companion cannot leave the building he is in. Even just to go to the 7-11 inside the compound is prohibited. They will ask you to pass through a long maze of bridgeways instead of a one hop elevator down the lobby. Parking is always full and charges exorbitantly.

Had an appointment for a fetal 2d heart echo for my pregnant fiance at 4 PM. We arrived at the facility at 230 PM ahead of time just in case. They didn't see us or do the echo until after 530 PM. We waited here for 3+ hours for something that should have been done at 4. The staffing at this place is a joke, like what is the point of having appointment times if you're not going to stick to them? They instead stick to their "queue" of patients. Instead of appointment times. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ang babait ng staffs and doctors nila grabe. From guard, to receptionists, nurses, doctors, lahat! Ang gagalang nila and ang ganda ng serbisyong binibigay. No wonder why they got a high rating. Double thumbs up to this hospital

Went there April 19,2022 to get blood work for my son. We arrived 15 minutes before 6 AM. We were the first to pay the cashier at around 6: 17AM (time the cashier opened). My son was the very 1st to have blood extraction at around 6: 21AM for fbs/lipid profile, cbc and urinalysis. Nurse told us to get results after 2 hours. Came back at 8: 21AM, the person at window 12 gave me the results but said the fbs/lipid wasnt available yet. We waited half an hour and followed up, still no results. After waiting and following up for 3 and a half hours more, I voiced my complaint at the girl in window 12 and told her if my son's fbs wasnt done yet, then it must mean all fbs tests since the lab opened were not available yet too. She went directly to the lab to get it herself. After about 10 minutes she came back from the lab with the results. So its either all fbs bloodwork from all patients was NOT done since the lab opened or somebody at the lab messed up. This is healthcare we are talking about and your lab rates arent cheap either, its inhumane to keep the patient waiting for a total of about 6 hours just to get the fbs results. I hope this review stays here forever to remind the lab personel to do a better job or risk tarnishing the name of the hospital they work for and more importantly degrade the quality healthcare they provide.

A high quality of doctors and facilities.you can visit for check up so far not much crowded and doctors clinic is open for walk in
