QC postal office is true as what they’ve said. I went to get my ID renewed with all necessary documents ready. I availed the rush ID although they don’t do same day renewal but they said the Lawton office is the only place you can get that done (it was monday and they said I could get it on friday pa because of 1 holiday) I was there for about an hour with maybe 6-8 people in front of me, process was a little slow kasi dalawa lang yung booth na andun but the staff are really nice and helpful. They don’t have a pwd line but they ask naman if anyone is a pwd so you can go first. Make sure to wear something with sleeves! They even offer photocopying services and can provide you with forms if you don’t have one with you. The place looks really old though and sira sira, it looked like it was straight out of a Link Brocka film.
When it's my turn, they asked me if when and kung yun ba talaga dumating na package, and yung isang Lady sa Post office helped me out to sort out lahat ng List and I found it. Napa accomodating nya and I am very thankful at tinulungan nya ko! THUMBS UP. (unfotunately di ko know name nya)
Been patronizing ordering abroad for a couple of years now, nowadays you need not to go to their office to claim your parcel. My parcel was delivered directly right to my residence. This is a very significant improvement in their services. Kudos to the current management of the Postal services.
My honest opinion nakapanget po ng systema ninyo, On my experience kakapunta diyan sa post office niyo wala kayong maayos na systema sa mga tao sa pandemyang meron tayo ngayon.
There were no advisory that there is a quota for postal Id application. You even need to be there earlier than the working hours just to be in the quota of first 100 while the working hours is 8am.
It was a fast process specially if you come earlier than the scheduled time because you will become their priority. The place badly needs a renovation as seen at the photos and other reviews.
Dilapidated facility.no sufficient and clean parking.putik putik sa bandang dulo at siguradong lulubog gulong mo.
Service is veeeeeery slow.maybe due to MECQ?
not sure.maybe its normal slow service they give.

For postal ID: They have a cut-off of 100 clients per day. Security said that you need to be there on or before 6am to get a number. What a waste of time!
Walang sumasagot. Pandemic? Busy lahat? Yung ibang businesses lalo ang push for better service. Dito Mukhang dinahilan nalang pandemic para kunwari Walang tao.
I'm very dissapointed about the service. I went to your office last March 24 and until now I still didn't receive my Postal ID. You told me that it'll take 10-15 days to accomplish and to deliver but it's almost a month now and still, I didn't receive anything. I paid the right amount so can you please deliver it. I don't want to go to your office again cause it'll be a waste of money.
I came in around late afternoon & I was able to get a postal ID in less than 30 mins. & only bec.there were 3 people ahead of me. I guess timing & patience is essential. Don't be quick with your anger.
My husband sent package to me when I received it most of the content are missing, the box was half opened. I’m not happy how they handled my package. I’m very disappointed
This isn't a post office, this is a joke. They have three phone numbers, but either no one answers or it's always busy. I've been to this branch several times, and while I've been able to get packages and renew my postal ID, that's about as good as it gets. Phones ring all the time, but no one even pretends to answer.
Been here multiple times to pick packages from the US.
When picking up packages in behalf of someone, you must furnish a photocopy of your ID and the addressee's. Everything is somehow smooth as "bureaucracy" goes. The problem is when you go to the photocopy "counter" and it goes down from there - either the person manning the machine isn't there or the person who is sorting some mails is also the one manning it and that takes a lot of time and stress as you can imagine.
So, if you are going here to claim a package, photocopy your ID's before coming to this place. Then after that, everything is manageable - employees are courteous and friendly. The security guards are helpful.
The problem with this place is the system has never evolved to be efficient as other countries. And experiencing logistics from Singapore and the US - it was like night and day.
Amazing as it may sound, but believe it or not, it only took me like 10-15 minutes to wait in line, sign my receipt, and pick-up my package from this post office.
After the endless complaints and negative feed back that I've read and heard about this place, my transaction there was really fast!
A few helpful tips that I got before I visited there was to prepare at least 2 valid IDs (SSS, Postal ID, Passport, etc.) and I even brought photocopies of it, just to be sure - plus of course, don't forget your Notification Card/Letter.
If you have those, then all you have to do is get there in the morning, let say between 8am to 11am, and you might just get lucky like me.)
Yes, there's still a lot to improve because the entire facility looks like a condemned building, so just pray that the roof won't crash on your head while you're there. But don't blame the post office's employees for the hazardous structure, because it's the responsibility of the local Quezon City office to fix this, and they still have not done so (if you get what I mean).
You have to be very early para makapila.minsan 8am palang cutoff na.ang gagawin ng guard ay bibigyan ka ng form with # para ma "prioritize" ka kinabukasan.
Tho good naman sa personal, basura na service tuwing follow up situation, luluha ka muna ng dugo bago may sumagot sa tawag mong paulit ulit lols
If you dial 89284717, it will tell you: 1) it is not accessible at the moment; 2) the line is busy; 3) the phone rings and no one answers. What a shame. My package has arrived in the Philippines through USPS since Oct. 14, Oct. 23 it says it is undergoing processing and heading to destination, Oct. 29 I am still waiting. And it is supposed to be a Priority Mail. What a disgrace.
