Philippine Red Cross Rizal Chapter reviews
7If you're getting an RT PCR here make sure to secure your parking, facility has no parking and is being used by the staff instead of being available to walk ins
Despite some of the negative reviews left for what I assume is Red Cross located at Pasig Pateros, Kapitol I have to say we had a good experience overall. An appointment on a Friday at 11am for a saliva PCR, and upon arrival there was no queue. Staff seemed to fumble around for a few minutes but once the admin had got the paperwork out of the way which took approx 10 mins we were in & out. The results were delivered in 12hrs. Unexpected & Impressive. So by 11pm that same day - results had been received by email. We have had 4 tests, all booked online through Philippines Red Cross, Dashlabs, in the past 2 months, and I have to say the online booking process is user friendly enough. Could be better but OK. The process at the clinics are rather straightforward. Some places better than others. Pasig Pateros was probably the best place we have experienced as there were no hoards of people standing around. Their speed of returning results was also, by far, the quickest. The negative of the Red Cross overall is the lack of response if one were to run into a problem at point of booking. It is not made clear how to contact them, and if an attempt is made to email them nobody responds. Very very poor online management.
Customer Service is so bad for Red Cross as a whole: (It takes forever to get anything changed. They are really the cheap and easy option for stuff like tests, but overall it's impossible to reach their hotline, get any kind of answers when visiting them in person, or receive any reply on email. My anxiety is raging so hard and nobody wants to accommodate me huhu
No Respect to people's time. Operating hours said "8 am" its already 9am and there is still no staff to assist in our inquiries. Totally unprofessional
I arrived 15 minutes prior to my schedule. There is no long queue. Although the guard is quite busy explaining the whole process to people and wasn't able to entertain me even if I told him I have an appointment, he didn't really pay attention and kept talking to people who doesn't have an appointment for 10 minutes more and I'm still waiting outside not knowing what to do.
I think the guard should prioritized those with appointment. I had to call his attention 4x before he answered me and he already wasted 15 minutes which means I was already late for my schedule.
Nonetheless, The other staff though was really nice and attentive. The guy in the data collection table apologised in behalf of the guard. The test facilitator also is kind and assisted me when I showed her my flight details. The test was very easy and took me 10 minutes only.
Got my results within 30 hrs via email.
Overall was a pleasant experience.
Stay safe!
No respect to other people's time. Appointment time is not followed. 2hours delayed.
