Physicians Diagnostic Center

I go today for the follow up of my medical revalidation. I go here to make a sign for pending.after I signed around 8am.the receiving section told me to wait until 10am. But past 10am still did not finish my papers to sign and they said the doctor still not come on the clinic. Then I decide to check the P.e section. I asked the staff their if the doctor is already come. They said he's already come and still no one touch my paper on their table to sign. They don't know also my papers is in rush because same day is my dispatch day. I hope next time they will give more attention for this kind of concern. Thank you and have a great day

This is my 2nd time here for Re-Medical. I areived here by 8am today and guess what! Up until now I'm still here in Cashier's Line 15: 45pm! Like what? Staffs are rude! The medical process is ver slow imagine spending 1hour and 30 minutes by waiting results and to be called by the rude staffs! If I could rate this facility as low as negative 0, I surely will.

Most of the staffs are nir professional. There's an incident that the next steo after registration is so horrible espcially the man name Francis is just like bastos. The waiting time and the results are too long. Specially in the Pscyh testing it is poor unorgannized and the staffs are unprofessional.

FIRST TIME KO NAGPAMEDICAL KAHAPON, SEPT 29,2023. SO FAR MEDYO NAKAKALITO, KASI SA HALCYON IS ISANG BUILDING LANG ANG TRANSACTION, PERO DITO PALIPAT LIPAT NG FACILITY. PERO KAPAG NATAPOS MO NA ANG PROFILING MO AT HISTORY TAKING WHICH TAKES A AWHILE SA DAMI NG PASYENTE, TULUY TULOY NAMAN AT MOVING. KAPAG NAUMPISA NA ANG PEME, MABILIS NAMAN AT MOVING. STAFF ARE POLITE AND ACCOMODATING. DI KO NAMAN NAEXPERIENCE ANG BAD TREATMENT. I CAME AROUND 7AM AND FINISHED 12: 30PM.

Another bad & slow day. The psycho test is horrible too many nonsense questions. The waiting time to be called your name is a really bad experience for this clinic. Nurses are so rude. We're OFW are treated with no respect.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. Came here for a pre-employment medical examination yesterday (7/4/23) and the whole process was very tedious and tiring. I arrived at roughly around 8: 45am and was sent for registration at paragon building, imagine I was in line for registration from 8: 50 - 1pm (THE REGISTRATION STAFF WENT FOR LUNCH AT 11 - 1). I also rang before arriving at 8am if I had fasting laboratories, the staff that answered said no and I can proceed, low and behold when I arrived I was told there was fasting labs dkekldntkkskdkdkdk, luckily they allowed me to submit my stool and complete the other steps for the day so that I’ll only have to complete my blood extraction labs the following day (today 7/5/23). As for the staff, majority of them are VERY RUDE, I noticed that if the applicants are DH’s or Seafarers the doctors, window staff etc.would shout at them and treat them sarcastically, this is inappropriate and not how people should be treated regardless of the position they are applying for. Hopefully I never ever have to come back to this place ever again as it might just be up there with one of the worst and longest days of my life. Btw, my day began at 8: 45am and finished at 7: 20pm LOL at the inefficiency of this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

They play God take away opportunities and economically disabled you. They will bleed you. And leave you defeated with destroyed future.

1. Yung doctor nila unfit kagad ako sa EAR ko wala ng referral from ENT specialist side. (Rekta unfit agad) taggapin ko nman kng nirefer ako muna sa ENT parang wala sa medical field ganda nman ng pakikipag communicate ko sa knya. Dead EAR pla right ko ngayon ko lng din nalaman. No history of any trauma alam ko mahina lng sia. Un pala si left ear nakakarinig.

edi scenario kumuha ako FIT to work abroad.

Ano pa aasahan mo FIT to work wala nman ksi dapat problema. Ginawan lng butas para tumagal processo. Able to work locally and Abroad from ENT point of view.

2. Sinend ni agency sa employer abroad for waiver.
Nag reply si employer na ok nman sa knila at sinend ni agency sa PDS.malupit ilan araw na walang reply sa emails even sa calls ang PDS.

Edi ginawa ko pinuntahan ko na. Pag dating hinanap ang email. E sinend na ni agency. Wala daw. Saka ako binigyan ng stub. Edi sinend ko kay agency tapos si agency nag send ulit sa knila. Edi Received na. Then may hinahanap pa ulit ang lalaki na staff. Sabi hindi ito yun sir. Sabi ko sige sir kausapin nyu na lng si agency para magkaintidihan po kayo. Tinawagan ko si agency Aba si gonggong hindi daw sia authorized na makipag usap. Kng hindi ba nman BONAK ang animal dami hinahanap hindi nman pala sia otorisado. In short (BIDA2). Edi pinasa nia sa babae. May bagong form sila need na may pirma ni employer. E kng hindi pa ko pumunta sa HIND*T na clinic na to. Hindi pa maasikaso papel ko na may need pala form e forward si agency kay employer. Hindi man lng sumasagot sa email ng agency pati tawag. Napaka Unprofessional, RUDE ng staff dito lalo na sa 2nd floor. Kahit gano ka malumanay magsalita lalabas sungay mo sa mga HIND*T na staff meron dito. Kawawa yung mga mdyo wala alam sa pasikot sikot ng DELAYING TACTICS ng mga to.

Walang mahuthot ksi sa bloodchem kaya delaying tactics na lng na paabotin 3mos para REPEAT laboratory ulit at BAYAD ka ulit.

Sa Ilan beses na ko pabalik balik abroad ngayon lng ako nakaranas ng ka SUMPA2 pamamalakad! Itong CLINIC na to lng.

Friday pa ngayon wala pasok ang government dun wala rin pasok bukas SABADO. Ending mga sunday or monday pa.

Abala, pagod, puyat, Init, pila ng napakahaba.

Pag walang tiyaga, walang BULALO yun na lng pampalubag loob ko.

Bsta pag nag pa medical kayo. WAG DITO. WAG! Wag mo subokan masisira buhay mo.

Sobrang bagal ng serbisyo nila.buong araw mo dito sa clinic ubos, hindi ko akalaing ganito kabagal,

A very stressful and time consuming clinic. Worst clinic ever. You really don't know if the employees and doctors are well trained. They don't even know how to be professional especially the Physician in PE department. He don't even know to act like a professional. He just say whatever he want to say without in unprofessional manner. I don't understand why he's in that position and he choose that career when he was very impatience to deal with the applicants.

If you are reading this review and your agency recommended this trash medical facility, I recommend you go to other clinic or facility to do your PEME. The service is extremely slow, poor, unprofessional and disgusting. Their system is garbage. If you like a whole day or more processing, this is the one for you. This is also serve as an awareness.

They have the worst processing. Having a long queue just to hear that you need to comeback again on another day to do a certain test. The employees are also not professional in talking to the patients. They don't know what to answer on your questions. The doctors doesn't even know what they are asking for the sake of asking them. They are very hard to ask concerns or ask for the follow up. Very slow on responding to your calls or emails. Always look for something just to give the patient not fit for duty if i can give a negative points on this review i will give them (-100 stars) the companies should look for another clinic.

Very slow process.and kindly teach your staff good manners.they are so rude.specially those who are in laboratory. Tell your patient what to do no need to shout on them.lalo na yung lalaking nag assist ng pila.pano ka maiintindihan kung magtatanong lang sau nasigaw kapang sasagot.kulang la siguro sa bakuna kaya ka ganyan!

Clinic na walang matinong system lahat gulo gulo mabagal masyado ibang clinic kaya ng 1 day samantala dito abotin ka 2 araw sa bagal ang laki ng abala nagagawa nila sa applicant pababalikin nila kinabukasan tapos pareho parin mabagal at meron na naman bago mg applicant so dadami at dadami sa bagal imposible makatapos ng 1 araw.dapat e reconsider ng iba agency ito dahil sa bagal ng medical nila dami nawawala oras at panahon sa mga applicant sa dami ng need ayosin sa pinas. Hindi ko rin paano nakapasa ng QMS clinic na ito.

I’ve had my medical at PDC last Oct. 28. So far, the process was so smooth. It just that there were lots of OFW‘s that need undergo medical exam/test also. I’m giving 4 stars because I always believe that there’s always room for improvement. I think there’s should be an improvement like adding psychologist for psychological test and giving short exam only since the crowd of people were always wait and gathered in there.

Nurses/Doctors and other medical practionioners, and employees were so nice just follow their instructions clearly?

Bad service, hindi ka makakapasok sa building kung walang faceshield, kapag nasa loob ka na ung mga tao nagpapamedical may faceshield nga di naman nakasuot, even ung mga staffs hindi rin nakasuot ng faceshield sobrang bagal pa ng processing nila
