Picture City (Ayala Malls Circuit)

The photographer was dismissive and murmured behind my back after asking him kindly if he could cater to my request, I even offered an extra payment for a soft copy for a different pose since my company required a certain pose for ID picture. I cannot fathom why say something bad about your customer who's asking nicely. Not recommended

We took visa photos. It's a great place for document photography. Fast, friendly service, excellent staff, and most importantly, beautiful photos. The photo background color - white. I don't understand the reason for negative reviews. Come visit - everything is fine there.

Staff bad. They said package1 is 450peso. Infact it is 150 only. If owner seeing this, u have to check if ur staff get ur office money. It was about a year ago

Grabe sobrang tamad ng staff niyo! Wala namang customer pero pinaghintay ako ng matagal sa labas! Tagal bago sagutin kung pwede ba magpapicture! Sobrang mahal 300 pesos para sa picture na minadali at hindi man lang in-edit ng maayos! WORST SERVICE EVER.

I went to your store for a photo printing of our family portrait but unfortunately your employee told us that you only cater to printing ID pictures and no other sizes available such as 4R or 8R. He was very dismissive and didn't cater to our needs.

To the Management of Picture City: Your staff at the Ayala Circuit branch does not answer calls, so we were forced to go there just to inquire, when this can be done over the phone had your staff is taking the initiative to get customers inquiries. You will lose clients for having "TAMAD" staff in your store. Thank you!

They do rush ID jobs and got mine done under 30 minutes. The shop has a small in-store studio and they do the desktop editing right after the shoot. The photographer does a number of shots and you get to choose which file you wanted printed. The price is a tad higher than Photoline (there is no Photoline branch inside Circuit Mall) but still reasonable.

It is located near the entrance of Shopwise and beside the escalator leading to the basement parking of the mall.

Loved this place.

Has an open area. Lots of food choices. There is a specified massage chair place when you're tired of walking around the place.

There's a cart circuit beside the building if you want more rush.

The place is under renovation so there are covered parts of the Mall.

Picture quality: Good
However, I have been billed twice for the softcopy and the corporate attire.
Ang nakuha ko ay 2 packages ng picture plus 1 softcopy with edited corpo attire pero ang nacharge sakin 2 packages + 2 softcopy + 2 corporate attire.
The staff should not take advantage of the customers and she should have suggested me to add one more diff corpo attire para dalawa softcopy ko!
Buti sana kung 2 softcopy of different corpo ang nakuha ko, kaso hindi e.
Imagine 50 (softcopy) + 40 (corporate attire) = 90 pesos lang dapat charge sakin na naging x2 =180 pesos
Im very disappointed!
Hope you guys improve this concern and if this is really applicable to you, make your customers aware of this kind of charges.
