The procedure is stress echo. It costs ₱6,660 broken down to 5k for the procedure, 1k as pf and 660 for the antigen test. The price is reasonable compared to known hospitals like Makati Med. However, what is not assured is the availability of the doctor. They were very particular with the scheduled appointment time to the point that you will be penalized ₱1k if you come late and had to re-schedule. Again, my schedule was 9am but my procedure was done past 2pm and the doctor hasn’t arrived yet and there was also no substitute doctor. I was told that the doctor has 2 medical emergencies. That being the case, they should have a system in place not to inconvenience the patient who paid for an appointed time. It’s unprofessional for a company to offer the client only with apology and 2 packs of skyflakes when the patients time is also important. I’m fine waiting for 30 minutes, 1 hour at most but more than that is just inefficiency on the part of the company.

Having said that, the place is clean as well as the restrooms, the staffs nice and competent, the doctor also was nice. If i was not made to wait that long, i would have given this company a 5 stars.

Premiere is the best workplace to work especially for those who wants to jumpstart their careers on medical field. They are providing a very good training plans for their employees, that is why they also give a highly reliable result. All employees are properly trained and equipped to provide the medical services needed by their patients. I highly recommend Premiere for patients who wants to have done their lab tests and for applicants who are looking for a career related on medical.

Will not recommend this place. If you have option to go to another diagnostic center, go there instead. You'll be treated like livestock in Premier. While being fitted with device to help monitor my blood pressure, I would ask the attending staff some questions to clarify some things regarding the procedure/ exercise. The attending staff would interrupt me before I could finish my questions. I had to raise my voice several times to get my questions thru to her. I get the impression she's in a hurry to get the devise on and get me out. But if you want to be treated like cattle, this is the place for you.

We are having our lab tests here for more than a decade already, from their old building up to this new one since our physician is dr.luis raymond t.go of the philippine heart center.its worth the trip from our place (whether we commute or bring our own vehicle). The place is clean & well disinfected especially when the covid-19 pandemic sets in (wherein they followed the protocol excellently from booking an appointment over the phone or via online up to the time of entering their building). All the staff here are very accomodating (not just the premiere laboratory but also the whole bell-kenz building & even the parking attendant beside it). They have very efficient professional service and it was truly proven during the whole covid-19 pandemic.we also have the option to have our lab results directly delivered to our physician's clinic.the prices of their laboratory procedures are competitive with other high quality diagnostic laboratories within the area.they are living up to its name.in short, they are HIGHLY recommendable.

Was dismayed the med tech was not in medical gloves while doing his lab works on me. Proper hygine must be observed

We have been waiting and following up for the release of the 2 D echo but to no avail. Their clinic is clean but they dont release results of laboratory test on time. It is more than two weeks already and until now they haven’t given us the result of the 2d echo of the patient. The thing is we paid for it. They have been saying that they are still awaiting the reading of their cardiologist. They can give it to another cardiologist to expedite the reading but they couldn’t. We will be filing for a formal complaint and will ask for our HMO to not pay them.

May brothers schedule was 8am for laboratory. 7: 30 dumating kami sabi nag guard what time schedule? We say 8am. 8: 40 kung hindi pa kami mag tanong ng oras eh hindi pa kami makakapasok. Nag fasting kapatid ko para sa schedule nya. Tpus pag aantayin nyo lang client nyo. Nkakainis may schedule na sa inyo still 9: 01 nasa cashier pa kami. Hindi naman libre yung kapatid ko. Nag babayad naman ng tama. Ayusin nyo service nyo sa tao. Nag babayad kami. Ayusin nyo rin attitude nyo mga employees. Hindi purkit wala kami sasakyan eh hindi nyo kami aasikasuhin. Kung alam ko lang na ganyan service nyo eh hindi ko dadalhin kapatid ko sa inyo. Hope na maayus nyo trabaho nyo

They do not release the result on time. They said that the result is still with their cardio. We had our test last week of September and until now, we have been waiting for the result of the test. Poor customer service. Their cardio seems to not care at all.

Whether 2D-Echo or home service urinalysis and blood extraction, our family's experience with Premiere Labs has been wonderful! Their services are highly recommended

Inconsistent / slow response when scheduling appointments. Will approve appointment but deny you service in the clinic itself.

Great customer service — they respond immediately, are flexible (like when I wanted to change and split the dates of my tests). Medyo may waiting time when you get there. My appointment was at 8 am so I arrived 15 minutes before, but the tests started at 8: 30 so there was a bit of a wait. Otherwise, am very happy with the location, the service and the costs.

Mababait and accommodating ang mga staff. However, this clinic is good for Seniors not adults/young adults. Sobrang bagal. Nakauwi na mga Seniors na mga sumunod sa iyo, naka pila ka pa din for lab. I don't recommend this clinic for adults/young adults. I went in 8am and I got my lab at 10: 20.

Very accommodating staffs, from guards, nurses, doctors.swift, very courteous and each and every staffs knows CUSTOMER SERVICE.for me, highly recommended.

This is where I go every time I need tests done. I had gone to Premiere today to have my blood drawn for a series of tests and I must say that the female nurse at the extraction station was just so good. I didn't even feel the needle go in! The prices are reasonable pa.

Good service patients are well treated and assisted result of laboratory are sent directly to your email in which you wont have to go back and get your result it is very much within the hospital vicinity and much more affordable that hospital laboratory exam.

Complete one stop clinic for your overall cardiovascular need with efficient staff and up to date facility.

Nalagay closes at 6pm eh bakit 5pm pa lang ako nag didial eh wala nang sumasagot nag riring naman yung phone land line at cellphone ha.poor service so disappointed highly not recommended.

Tumawag ako para mag inquire sana kaso antagal sagutin ung phone. Nun may sumagot, I mean ung telepono lang- Narinig ko na ung mga staff then walang nag hello at hinold lang ako then after few seconds, nag silent na as in walang nako narinig. Kaya binaba ko na lang. Sana man lang mag sabi nlng kayo kung ayaw nyo matawagan kesa pinag hihintay nyo ang tao sa telepono. Grabe phone inquiry pa lng yan ah, pano pa pag nasa mismong lab na?
