2I have been trying to get hold of the PTAA for over 2 weeks to check whether a certain Travel Agency is legitimate and in good standing. There are a few issues. They have the wrong contact details or old contact details on their website (email and phone numbers that do not exist), When I did get the right number they do not answer their phones. They also have replied to the 5 emails I have sent. Very poor reflection on the Philippines tourism.
Kudos Philippine Travel Agencies Association, inc for the successful 2 day WEBINAR sessions (April 7 and 8,2020). Very helpful, informative and well presented.
Keep it up. And I just want to say that I am proud to be one of the PTAA members!
