Some staff very nice but some staff very woast
Room not enough power point and light feel the room is dark

The room is clean. Aircondition, ok din kaya lang may lamok at langaw sa loob tapos sa payment system ang pangit! Di na ko uulit dito.

Room rates are low so it's budget-friendly. Take note there is no hot water in the shower

Malamok ang place, incomplete toiletries
You need to get a gate pass Everytime you go out even just buying food and need to report Everytime you came back

The service is good and the rooms are clean. Good crew service.recommended hotel to visit.

Poor service, ang tagal ng foods kapag nag order ka, kape lang at noddles cup inabot 30minutes mahigit oh common! Samantakang ibang crew sa baba nag chismisan lang at tawanan

This hotel was very beautiful and all the staff are very accomodating their rooms are beautiful in a cheap price so I will recommend this place for your resting place or bonding place with your love ones and the place was safe and very close to mall of asia

Wifi is poor.
Service is slow.
Needs additional branches.
But i really love them because of their rates. They are the lowest compared to other companies.

Di sya maganda maingay ang higaan.sa halip na makapagpahinga ng maayos hindi ka makakatulog dahil sa ingay.lalo na mga tao dun na naglilinis sigaw ng sigaw kahit 12am na.disappointed

The place was okay, but the room was not because the aircon broken no adjustment also the shower is broken so me and my kids take a bath of gripo hahaha

Spacious room. Affordable. Air conditioning is effective, but cannot be adjusted. Bathroom is good, has a bathtub but the tub has no faucet. But the place is good for its price.

The cashier is not good feeling the owner of the hotel.we are the customer and dontvhave mannees.pls remove tht cashier nand all your bell boy are busy playing with their mobile phone.and the ithers is the best.

Nakapasalbahe ng supervisor nyo ng panggabi. I'm make sure my experience with her will reach government agency governing your permits. Magrereklamo ako. Nakapa unprofessional mo TyZa BUt.

Very relaxing and smooth atmosphere around.consider the people who are working with it, very accommodating.

No heater on a shower, no outlet for charging. Broken lights. It has a bathtub but you cant use it since theres no faucet to fill in the tub. No bidet to wash yoir private part. You need to go to the shower area to wash.
They provide 2 soaps only.

Okay yung service mabilis pero kulang kulang na sa amenities, nagkaron pa ng charge 200 because of namantsahan lang yung towel. Ewan ko kung normal lang ba yon magcharge sila kahit na wala silang pinakitang information regards don. Pero nakakadismaya lang like pati ba magpapalaundry ng towel charge pa sa customer.

Not a place to rest very noisy outside can't relax not clean especially the bathroom. Not a comfy place sorry but it's true.

Pretty nice except no window to the outside to let in daylight. With the lights off dark as a cave even in the daytime.
