The room is clean. Aircondition, ok din kaya lang may lamok at langaw sa loob tapos sa payment system ang pangit! Di na ko uulit dito.

Poor service, ang tagal ng foods kapag nag order ka, kape lang at noddles cup inabot 30minutes mahigit oh common! Samantakang ibang crew sa baba nag chismisan lang at tawanan

Di sya maganda maingay ang higaan.sa halip na makapagpahinga ng maayos hindi ka makakatulog dahil sa ingay.lalo na mga tao dun na naglilinis sigaw ng sigaw kahit 12am na.disappointed

The cashier is not good feeling the owner of the hotel.we are the customer and dontvhave mannees.pls remove tht cashier nand all your bell boy are busy playing with their mobile phone.and the ithers is the best.

Nakapasalbahe ng supervisor nyo ng panggabi. I'm make sure my experience with her will reach government agency governing your permits. Magrereklamo ako. Nakapa unprofessional mo TyZa BUt.

No heater on a shower, no outlet for charging. Broken lights. It has a bathtub but you cant use it since theres no faucet to fill in the tub. No bidet to wash yoir private part. You need to go to the shower area to wash.
They provide 2 soaps only.

Okay yung service mabilis pero kulang kulang na sa amenities, nagkaron pa ng charge 200 because of namantsahan lang yung towel. Ewan ko kung normal lang ba yon magcharge sila kahit na wala silang pinakitang information regards don. Pero nakakadismaya lang like pati ba magpapalaundry ng towel charge pa sa customer.

I suggest this hotel to my Chinese friend kc affordable lang for short time kaso Yong friend ko hindi marunong mag English.hinintay nya yong girlfriend nya kaso my mamasang na dumating na nag reto ng babae sa kanya.so nong dumating na Yong girl friend nya nagulat nalang sya dahil ayaw ng guard papasukin sila sa room dahil my darating pa daw na babae so ng dumating ang babae na sinasabi ng guard ayon nag discusyon sila at pinabayad ang chinese ng room at nong mga babae.ni hindi man lang na consume Yong room. Di ko Alam ang boung pangyayari pero sana mag action ang management tungkol dito sa mga behind business ng mga empleyado nila salamat.

Never going here again they gave me their so called best room and it was a complete dump. There was standing water in the bathroom and water damage throughout the whole room and they didn't have room keys as well the sinks didn't drain properly and there was an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew

What an absolute dump. First of all you don't get a room key, you have to go through reception every time you leave to receive a leave pass and then when you come back you have to see reception again and wait at your door for someone to open your room for you. Hot water wasn't working in the showers. Can't even use the bathtub because there is no plug supplied, same as the basin. No toilet tissue supply. They have jandals in the room for you to use but they are not new, they are reuseable by all guests. The bedding is just 2 pillows and a flat sheet, no proper blanket. The fridge was making a very loud noise throughout our 2 day stay. Needs renovation. Very old and dirty. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Receptionist very rude and inefficient with her job, very slow. Max capacity of 2 people per room. Don't bother with this hotel. You're better off on the street.

This is a short time hotel (if you know what I mean) but the food is good.just the activities the guests get up to puts me off the place

We're really disappointed of the hotel. Upon inquiring, one of the staff (man wearing blue uniform) approach us then we asked him if where is the front desk but he said there's none. So we asked him questions regarding the hotel but the staff can't answer our questions very well. And the room he showed us looks like not safe.

Not a place to rest very noisy outside can't relax not clean especially the bathroom. Not a comfy place sorry but it's true.

The room is clean. I'll give you that and the room service is fast. But it lacks in room amenities, such as a ref and personal items, like tootbrush. And, I hate to say this, your hotel staff are unfriendly and hostile. Very disappointing! Plus construction noises can be heard in the room. Whatever happened to common courtesy? Hopefully, it would be better next time around, if there would be a next time.

The flush of toilet is not functional. There's no available or extra outlet inside the room, so if your phone is drained gotta need to unplug first either the t.v or aircon. Price wise but satisfaction not guaranteed. Moreover, the towel looks unclean as well as the bedsheet. Looks old and with stains.

So many cockroaches and hotel is super old.staff in the kitchen not accomodating.tho price is cheaper than other nearby hotels

Room not enough power point and light feel the room is dark
