Rajah Travel Corporation (Makati) reviews
9Before the Covid pandemic Rajah had very good customer service. After pandemic, their services went downhill. Very very poor customer services. They made several commitments but failed to deliver. They don’t return our calls. I explained and emailed to them our travel requests still nothing.
Keep your phone open for emergency cases. Even in holiday you should keep your line open. You process inconsistent european visa. Bad service from this agency. You causes us so much trouble especially for 1st time traveller.
Very professional travel agency. Very thorough in the visa requirements. Highly recommended if you need an agency with your Japan and Korea visa needs. Efficient, fast turn around time for visa applications.
Okay in their work, just that they have you on waiting stand for a bit too long.also they are not very knowledgeable about international policies between countries. I got answers like "I don't think so" "I don't think that's going to be an issue" when inquiring about specifics regarding visa requirements for Singapore.
I went there to inquire on visa application, the lady on the front desk was so busy with her computer, and when I asked her for the visa requirements, all she said was the person in charge was on break then back to her computer, then I asked if they have a checklist for the visa, and again she said the person in charge was on break and back to her computer, then I asked if I could have their number and I will just call, and she said not even looking up from her computer, we don't have a calling card, and I asked, can you write it down, and she said, we don't have a paper! WOW! SO TERRIBLE!
I applied the Singapore visa here. There are many ways to contact them, but hotline doesn’t work well, I couldn’t reach them by phone, and Facebook chat takes some time. So the best option is to visit their office. Agent who manages Singapore visa, very pleasant and beautiful girl, I enjoyed being assisted by her. So thank you rajah travel!
P. S. I don’t know why it takes 5 working days when it clearly should be out in one day
I had their Ermita branch process my Japan visa. The application was smooth enough, not much explanation was provided, but I attributed it to me having complete documents. However, when I followed up via phonecall three days later, the girl I talked to was very unpleasant. Without even asking for my name, she informed me to follow-up after five days as per their usual procedure (which should be recommended, but not mandatory. After all, embassy approval may be secured as early as 1 day from submission).
I followed up the day after, and the guy I talked to was more helpful. He advised me to pick up my passport the same day (apparently, it was released by the embassy the day before; the day of my first follow-up, but since the girl did not ask for my name, she didn't know it was already released).
The releasing process was also a huge waste of time. They made me wait for almost thirty minutes because only one person was handling the application and release. I mistakenly thought that picking an agency with one of the highest fees would spare me this hassle, but nope.
Would not recommend. I paid Php1,500 for shit service. Better try other travel agencies instead.
Located at the 3rd floor. You have to surrender your ID on the reception before you come to the 3rd floor. The VISA transaction I did was smooth and fast. The staffs are friendly.
