Rakso has always been our go-to agency for our travel / visa requirements. The staff are friendly and accommodating, whether in person or via phone call.

RAKSO for the nth time, DID NOT FAIL US! Very reliable and efficient. From the VISA processing up to the time that we landed back to Manila, Ms. Sachi (of Makati Head Office) was always in contact with us to check and update us. Our VISA was out in less than 5 days. She took great effort to accommodate our requests and changes in itinerary schedule – even last-minute changes. Our Glance of France Tour Package allow us to be flexible with our schedule. We were able to plan our itinerary at our own pace with the help of Ms. Sachi. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Hotel location was great - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees Avenue. Overall experience on this trip – more than 5 stars! Thank you RAKSO! Horrible experience! By far the most stressful and inefficient travel agency I had to deal with. The agents are very hard to contact and have no proper communication with each other. The tour quotation took them two months to send and the visa process was too inefficient that I myself had to book the embassy appointment because the agent could not do it for 2 weeks. The high fee is a complete joke given the poor service they give. You technically pay for them to store your documents as we had a lot of lacking papers during the appointment despite checking in with the agent multiple times if everything was complete. The agent even misspelled our name in the insurance which was another delay. The whole process was completely stressful - defeats the purpose of hiring an agency to help you.

Overall, the service is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend just look for a better travel agency.

Worst service ever. They are not reliable and accommodating when it comes to urgent visa application. They knew that my friend needs that visa as our travel date is near, but still they delayed the submission to the embassy. Whats worse is that they told her that her picture for the visa is wrong even if its not (we verified that its correct since our other friend applied using the same photo format). Their agents are not good in customer service, they dont give direct answer and its obvious that they are just making excuses when asking for updates. It is best to avoid this agency when getting visa if u dont want to experience the hassle that we did.

Started with a glitch in online payment, and then our first itinerary was canceled due to timeout. They sorted things out and eventually I was able to secure a flight for my fiancée from Jordan to Manila.

Got worset experience for buying air tickets only what will happen if I'm buying different deals

First day had some problem with the hotel the food but rakso people took time to handle it and I hope they learn something at our expense

Their staffs are very accommodating and replies fast to your queries. They have great set of packages to choose from and every penny is worth it.

POOR SERVICE.we wasted our time waiting in queue for more than an hour and no one accomodated. Better to try other agencies than this company.

Processing of my application for Japan visa was so fast and efficient in a sense that its status was updated from time to time thru text messaging

Please update your business hours because it is incorrect. I have called the number posted on your website and it says open from 9am-9pm weekdays but your ivr says you’re open only up until 6pm.

Staffs are accommodating. They have several branches, so it was convenient to submit my visa requirements in Manila and my families in Cebu and Davao. Thank you Rakso!

The staff are friendly and accomodating. The space is big and has an inviting feel. Our booking so far is going well but sometimes, if there's not enough bookers, trips will be cancelled so always check with them.

Very Poor Service. Told us twice that they'll give us a callback but nothing ever came. Also made us wait for 2-3 days for a customized trip and it's been a week already but still can't reach the person I talked to. Would give out her name but that would be unethical so.

My girlfriend and I went to this place to book a trip to Palawan, the agent who was supposed to help us had to be switched to another one as she could only do air part of the trip. The other agent would ask us few question then would leave for awhile and come back with prices then she would go back again and do adjustments and come back again with new prices. We noticed that the prices wasn't that good so we ended up booking our ticket through CEB PAC website and our hotel through Agoda site while waiting for the agent, we did however liked the fact that we could use their Wi-Fi to book our trip. When we compare our prices with the one from the agency we saved 5000PHP. We don't recommend this agency.
