22First time trying Rakso, and noticed a red flag right away, not in the process but the customer service. I applied in Malate branch for our Korean visa application, they explained that the process would take about 2-3 weeks which is okay with me, since we won't be using the passport, I was happy to find out that I'll be able to track the process of my visa application through their website, but big NO! They did not update nor advise me that our documents was submitted, I only asked that's why I found out, the agent who assist me is not accommodating at all, she don't reply nor acknowledge your message, iritable makipag usap, trusted 5 passport to them, I think I have the right to follow up or just know the status right? ! I am writing this review to show my dismay to the person who received our documents but DID NOT ASSIST me, and I hope RAKSO will get their attention to this,!

I previously made a 1-star review for the speed of their service but I just want to commend how fast the recovery was from having a bad experience to redeeming themselves by being very helpful, fast, and efficient. All my requests were answered and I had an overall stress-free experience processing my US visa thanks to Ms. Dang.
They're very affordable, and efficient. Their service is fast in processing. You don't need to wait even an hour to reserve or book a flight
SUPER SLOW SERVICE. I wanted to process my US Visa through this agency to minimize the stress of processing it by myself, but turned out to be more stressful than if I did it myself. I called back and followed up so many times but I still did NOT get any updates from Dang who was in charge of documentations. I understand there’s only two of them but it’s been 2 WEEKS. How much time does it really take to just send the list of documents to be submitted? THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
Would have been 5 stars, but the website and customer interface needs work. A bit slow to respond to my first email, and their online payment system won't acknowledge your credit card if the Visa/Mastercard fees are too high. They eventually came through with the tickets, so considering it's a Philippines based company that's a bonus.
I had a nice experience visiting their office. The staff were helpful and answered my questions about my future plans for travel promptly and with all the necessary details needed. Their packages also had reasonable prices. Hope to travel with Rakso soon!

Legit Travel Agency, I was surprised they are ISO accredited. Therefore, I'm pretty sure this is not a fly by night Travel Agency. Help me gather all the information for my travel to LAX, the new normal procedure. Plus, they provide travel insurance that covers covid19. Nice office too. Highly recommended. Will spread the news to all my friends. Keep it up.

It seems that satellite offices are not aware that visa application bought from travel fairs can be availed from any branch, and that when you availed from that branch you must obviously expect to pick up your passport with them as well.
I applied for a Japan visa on Aug 19, was informed that it was filed in the embassy on August 22, and received a message on the 28th that my passport was already released by the embassy. I immediately called their Manila office (where I filed) and asked if my passport can be picked up already. However, I was told that passports are only released in their Makati office. How is that even the case! I insisted that I wish to pick up my passport in the same office I gave it to, but their reply was that it still depends on whether a liaison officer will drop by their office. Isn't it your job to coordinate things like these?
On August 29 I called their Makati office to ask if my passport is already on its way to the Manila office as I intend to pick it up no later than Friday, August 30. But it appears (based on our conversation) that the Makati office has not even received any request from the Manila office! Good thing that the staff I talked to was kind enough to look into my situation, and by night time I received a message from her that my passport has been scheduled to be delivered to the Manila office and she will message me again if it's on its way already. I waited the following day, but there was no message. I decided to call in the afternoon and I was told that my passport is, indeed, in the Manila office already. Now would you look at that!
Coordination. It goes a long way, guys. And don't bother uttering words you cannot keep. This is my first and last transaction with you.
UPDATE: This issue has been settled already. I'm glad that Rakso called and apologized for what happened. It's important that staff members are well trained and informed, so they can better serve their clients. I was also promised a refund for the processing fee as I did not receive the good service that I was supposed to be given.
Apology accepted, Rakso, and thank you for the prompt action.
They are very accommodating. They always give me an immediate response when I email them. They all have great staff in Manila.
