Terminal is okay however, ticketing service is a little bit of a setback. They changed bus without telling us. We learned the changes during our boarding. But all in all, everything is fine.

Usually kapag regular day, mabilis ang transaction. On time ang bus, air-conditioned and with CR. Best time ng byahe ay 12 midnight dahil ito ang first trip ng Raymond Terminal.
Mababait ang conductor masusungit ang booth cashier.

If anyone has seen the nike shoes and white shoulder bag, I forgot last August 28 from Infanta Quezon and I can't remember my bus number.

Ang mahal ng singil sa extra box. They expect people who are going home to their provinces to bring only back pack.

I love the fact that they are only bus route servicing folks from Infanta to Legarda, which is a great help to commuters between these points offering affordable rates and services all these years. Drivers and conductors are quite helpful and even the staff in Legarda Terminal. The queue is fast and offers hassle free transactions. The route offers many pick up points and stops for passengers to stretch and recharge if they feel hungry on the long journey.

It feels like you are riding a business class bus, there is a toilet inside the bus, the USB port for your charger, a tv, and their chair is reclining sand also they have a rest foot, a table and drink holder and shoe basket, smooth ride.

On time and affordable transpo. It is state of the art unit with CR and reclinable couches. A cool air condition. Come and enjoy a safe trip! Via Infanta and get off just where you are going. Pililla, Rizal. It is an animal friendly bus too!

I have no choice coz theres only 1 bus line going to my area of assignment and as ALWAYS we have to stop from Cubao to Sampaloc for the bus to have a preventive maintenance. Yes it is needed but why do it when passengers are on board! Its time consuming and very annoying!

Fare is okay, and they secure their passengers every stop over, they count if all are in their seats.

Good and reliable service. You do have to be careful what bus you get on. Most of them are newer and even have big screen TV playing movies or music and the seats are very comfortable and big but there's some that are older and have small amount of leg room and the seats are very uncomfortable. It can make for a long trip so don't feel bad if you get on a bus and check it out and then get off to wait for another one. They run almost back to back so you won't have to wait long for another which would probably be newer with better seating. Going for long trips on the bus and going thru mountains or zig zag roads you definitely want to have a comfortable seat

Not so good experience during my last travel.
Iisang driver, tulog ng tulog, 30 minutes to 1 hour kada tulog,
11 times tumigil sa daan,
Matagtag at lagutok na suspension.
Kundoktor na kapag babae pasahero makaasikaso wagas pag lalake bahala na lng.
Konduktor na nanlalandi ng pasahero.
Mabahong paa na nakataas sa pagtulog, driver at konduktor, salitan.

Overall, mejo hassle ang biyahe.

Ampanget naman ng experience ko sa inyo! Pa-PITX ang binayaran ko pero hindi pala doon ang ruta ng sinakyan ko. Nagtanong naman muna ako sa inyo bago mag-book, ang-ayos ng usapan.
Maganda sana yung bus at malinis. At mabilis din ang byahe, kaya lang dahil nga sa iba ang binabaan ko tinanghali na rin tuloy ako ng dating sa pupuntahan ko.

Has been issued different bus number for the 8pm trip bound for Naga today. Should have been Bus Number 7218 but the teller inadvertently wrote 7208 in my ticket.

This bus terminal is a 5 minute ride from florida terminal at Sampaloc. It opens early to accommodate passengers going to infanta quezon and bicol

Nice terminal going to infanta and bicol area. With ticketing office and baggage counter.
Accomodating staff from guard, ticketing office bus drivers and conductors. Affordable rate. With choices of ordinary bus, aircon 2x2 with c.r and premium 2x1 bus seats.

This was taken pre-pandemic. Crowd looks the same. No more stores in the waiting area now though.

Well spaced always for busses and customers who wants to go home and send their packages in their provinces esp.to Quezon & Bicol provinces
