I love this building there is a lot of embassy inside. There is a food court also. Be mindful on elevator other elevators has a specific floors to stop

Visa processing is all i know in this place, but the most wonderful thing in this building were the people. Very friendly and easy going. Especially the guard at the 41st floor of the building he is fun to get along with.

Security is good, elevators are always too busy. Building is convenient it has different restaurants.

Nice modern building with lots of offices. There’s also DLSU grad school and an auditorium.parking is ample and there are a lot of affordable dining options.

Very secured place, the security here is TIGHT! Very accessible area, near hospitals, there's also a very good choices of restaurant on the 2-4 floor

Organized and clean. I thought that the only waiting area is at the courtyard which was suggested by the receiving staff of German Embassy. Found out later that there is a food court at P3/P4. Lots of food stalls to choose from including a 711 store. Guard and staff must recommend as well the food court to visitors.

Where RCBC head office is located, and with carious food refreshments shops are available.

Well organised building, clean and spacious. I came here to German embassy at 25th level entrance 2. The receptionist for German embassy is a little bit rude.

Always come here for events at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium. Great places to eat while you wait.

The place is beautiful with restos, stores and a gym inside. The building security is rigorous. With this, I find it a safe place to work.

I just went here for my TECO schedule and I must say that the building is superb! Staffs are accommodating and the ambiance feels so good!

The security guard here is very rude. On June 8th at 1: 52 in the morning, the security guard at the elevator door is going to go up and press it on purpose.

Not too crowded. The security ask for your businees within the building so there's not a lot of people loitering about.
